కోటిపల్లివైపు A1 పిల్లరు(pier)కి ముందు ఒక పంటకాలవ వుంది. "బ్రిడ్జి" నిర్మించాల్సివుంది. కాల్వ అవతలిగట్టు, ఈ పిల్లరుకు 50 మీటర్ల దూరంలోవుంది.
ఇప్పుడీ పిల్లరుకై గట్టువేయాల్సివుంది; ఆక్రమంలో గట్టుపంటకాల్వ ని పూడ్చేస్తుంది, ఆ కాలవనీటిపై ఆధారపడేరైతులకి శాశ్వతనష్టం కలుగుతుంది. ఇదిజరగకూడదు. జరగకూడదంటే, ఆకాలవపై (కాలవనీటి ప్రవాహానికి ఆటంకంకలగక)ఇంకా ఒకచిన్నపాటి "బ్రిడ్జి" కట్టాలి . ఎవరు కడతారోతెలీదు - రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వమా లేక రైల్వేశాఖనా(అదితెలిస్తే ఈపాటికి బ్రిడ్జి నిర్మాణమై పోయుండేది)?
తలకాయలేని ఇలాంటి చినచిన్న పనులవల్ల, అతిస్వల్ప పనులుకూడా యేళ్ళతరబడి జాప్యం జరుగుతై. ఇది lack of co-ordination, కేవలం బాధ్యతారహితం, కనీస స్పృహగాని, స్పందనగాని లేకపోటం.

ప్రస్తుతం సింగిల్ ట్రాక్. double track కు మార్చుకునే వీలుంది.
దీని నిర్మాణ పనులను అంటే కోటిపల్లి నుండి నరసాపురం వరకూ MEIL( మేఘా) కి ఇస్తే ఒక సంవత్సరంలోనే 100% పూర్తయిపోతుంది...
Center do not give money to AP. Khangres or BJP both collect taxes and immediately pour in bihar UP. UK etc.

@@sivakishore4922 u just don't have any idea of changes happening now and then.
On railways only trains either goods or passengers do run. Entire revenue whether it reflects in loss or profit will be with railways only, and States can never get any revenue either indirectly or directly from it. See NHAI, earlier for them also states used to procure land for highways with their money where there is an indirect revenue like life taxes on new vehicles and petro taxes etc.
Here in the case of railways when there was a separate budget with railways these types of concurrences were accepted by states as per the agreements of national government and state governments. States can get zero revenue on railway entities like it's freight and passenger tickets. As far as new network expansions are concerned, the railway spending is not much as compared to the allocations of new renovations of stations and hype of VBs by this government. So do not express sweeping statements.
Check the blue books. More than 50 percent of railway inventories and services are indirectly privatized.
Around 12 railway public sector companies are there in the ministry of railways. RVNL,IRFC,IRCTC,IRCON,RAILTEL, RITES,ICF,RCF,MCF and 3 LOCO factories, Bela wheels factory and what not? Do u have any idea of the market capital of these companies? It's just more than 3 lakh crores. IRCTC does get additional revenues from other private companies through their base kitchens in Noida. RITES gets foreign exchange revenue also. If this 20 year back project for a mere 52 km is not completed by railways till this, the minister is eligible for a resignation. He even tried to scapegoat one Muslim JE signal in the recent coromandal train accident where huge fatalities were observed.
He is a great talker not a great doer.
Almost all states are stopped contributing to railway line expenditures like Kerala, Karnataka, Punjab, AP and even Telangana.
So, railways have to explore other ideas like introducing the sagaramala project considering the ports connectivity of Kakinada and Machilipatnam. Any delay in this line will cause more escalations in cost.
