    수영을 꾸준히하고 있습니다
    그러나 잘 늘지 않아요 ㅠ ㅠ
    자유형이 너무 어렵네요 ....

    팔꿈치가 낮으면 몸이가라앉아 느려진다
    그러니 팔꿈치를 밑으로 내려라..
    이해가 어렵네요
    낮으면이 밑으로와 뭐가다른지

      영상에서 얘기를 잘못하신거 같아요, 팔꿈치는 최대한 높게 유지시켜주는 느낌으로 손부터 물을 잡을 수 있게 하는걸로 이해하심 될듯합니다
