Personally I think the third or the fourth movie should’ve been about the dinosaurs escaping into Costa Rica like in the novels which would spark an international debate on the fate of Isla Sorna. Then the DX disease emerges and two expeditions are launched. One to Site B to determine if there’s any connection to the dinosaurs and this mysterious disease, and the other to Costa Rica to capture and/or exterminate the escaped dinosaurs in the mainland. And yes, Biosyn and Lewis Dodgson would step in to try to get these dinosaurs before the military. And at the end, Isla Sorna is destroyed. A bittersweet finale to the JP Trilogy. I remember a rumor that said Ellie was going to lead JP4, and you know what? I wanted to see that as a kid. Anyway, I had two ideas as to how the dinosaurs got into Costa Rica. 1. Is via a botch smuggling plot from Biosyn. They bribed some people to bring dinosaurs to them, but then the US Military intervened and in the chaos the dinosaurs were released into the jungle. That was my opening scene. My second idea was to make it a mystery, like the first book. The answer would be revealed at the end that raptors and other smaller dinos snuck on board the Navy ships as they went back and forth between the Cinco Muertes and the mainland. My idea was that they would establish a base in Isla Matanceros or Muerta to maintain a blockade around Sorna, with the ocasional trip to it.

The idea of this came to me even before camp cretasous released and since then iv' been adapting it and adapting it so for about four years. Details below, this is about the prolouge specifically: The year is 1986. On Spetember 7th over the west coast of Portugal, an archeologist/paleontologist travels to the Lourhina formation on the portugese coast from California after a recent announcement of there being permineralising rocks there such as Chalcony and even a completely permineralised prehistoric mamiliaform called a Haldaladon. He and a famed petrologist decend into a cavern that has recently been discovered with a Portugese excavation team following from above. They soon come across traces of not just Chalcony but another mineral known as Calcite. As the two move futher into the cavern, they hit pay dirt and discover large fossilised remains that are half permineralised in calcite that are in almost perfect preservation. Due to the rugged conditions of the skeleton's surroundings, only one part can be hoisted from the rock, the skull. He is able to make out the fact that it is of a large therapodedal carnivore but the species is a mystery to him. Eventually, it is found that the calcite permineralising the bones was actually feeding what was left of the bone marrow calcium, allowing them to preserve. As soon as this news reaches the media, documentarians begin flocking to Portugal to gain news on the find. Eventually, a dealer lands in Lisbon and travels to the west Coast in search for him and his find. When he arrives, the dealer announces that he is a buyer from a renowned biogenetics company that has shown intrest in the Skull since it's discovery and offers him $19.6 Million for the skull as well as $50,000 for the Archeologist speratley. He refuses and insists that he will not let the skull out of his sight until it is safely shipped to Natural history Museum in London. Just a week after it's discovery, the Skull is loaded onto an EMB-110 and departs from Lisboa airport. Later that evening, word is given to it's finder that the plane has crashed into the Atlantic ocean and his find is lost. He is left devistated and returns too his family in the U.S a few days later. When the wreckege is discovered at the bottom of the Atlantic just off the shore of France, not only are there no traces of the Skull but the plane's black boxes have also vanished as if purposley removed. Usually something is cancelled when Hollywood doesn't think it's marketable enough. The shareholders need to think it's a good idea that will make them rich before anything gets off the ground.
I'm so glad that the people in charge had common sense to never actually put a human-dinosaur hybrid in a Jurassic Park movie. I seriously have never come into contact with a single person who thought that would be a good idea.
Based on this description, it sounds like this would have been lind of like the last of the Jurassic World movies, but released a bit earlier in time...
No lie I think Steven Spielberg would have had a great idea about doing that Jurassic Park for back in 2005. I what would have loved to see the original cast together and that beautiful lady from Pirates of the Caribbean as well. Klayton I agree with you that would have been awesome. I'm surprised they haven't asked her to join now for the new movie.😊
Man this movie would've been awesome, it could have clashed along side 2005 King kong, I wish we saw the dinosaur man running around the city with other dinosaurs all loose
Sounds much better than any of Jurassic World movies, and with all those names involved it still would have that important label - GOOD OLD (just everything that made Jurassic Park great).
I guess Kira Knight's character would have been another relation to John Hammond, maybe, apart from Lex and Tim, but I guess we'll never really know of anything for sure about what could have been in the mid 2000's.
📣Another good one but I dont know if I would of wanted to see thst one made to be honest lol I think at that time of 2005 i think you said it would of been labeled possibly like one of those cheesy scifi channel dinosaur movies and they would of canceled making more, glad they didn't stop making more its exciting when you see anothet JP movie being announced 🎉
Sick of the kids movies. There's plenty of kid appropriate dino media out there. Can we just once, I mean just once, get an r rated dinosaur film that shows how gruesome a dinosaur attack can be? Its frustrating that there is always some geezer in the boardroom meetings with the same "kids like dinosaurs" talking point that always leads to a film being pg-13. Adults like dinosaurs too. If kids like dinosaurs so much they'll beg their parents, guardian or older sibling to take them to the r rated film. R ratings aren't the financial roadblock these geezers think they are. Deadpool had proven this. If underage people want to see an r rated film, they'll find a way. Just like how life finds a way.
A fascinating episode! I didn't expect that there would be that much information on a JP4. I mean human/dino hybrids would make sense for the next step of a mad scientist like Dr Wu to do, or another new scientist, that Dr Wu help stop, with the help of Dr Grant and Malcolm etc. But would this be so far removed from the Jurassic Park story of a park trying to form or open, like what we saw in JP 1 and 2 and JW? Because Dino/humans wouldn't be on display for families to watch but to build an army with and sell them to the highest bidder similar to Fallen Kingdom, which to me is where it failed, that is a good sci-fi story, but that's not a Jurassic PARK story. If you know what I mean?? 🤤🤤🥱🥱🤐🤐😂😂 BTW, a good sequel keeps the original story going but slightly differently, like T-1 and T-2. L of R is a great example of a superb trilogy, same goal to destroy the ring in each book or movie, but completely different stories along the way to destroying the ring!
Unrelated but I was listening to the novel again and watch the first movie and a small thing struck me that I laughed at and then thought about. What was the meeting between Ingen and Richard Kiley like when they approached him to voice the tour program? From the dialogue in the novel it seems like they could not have spun the truth in anyway so they had to tell Kiley what Jurassic Park was. It made me laugh because if that’s true then Kiley knew about the Park before anyone else really. And then outside of probably having him sign a NDA, how much did they pay him for his work and to make sure he kept quiet after the Park fell?
(10:03) Them bringing back the Spinosaurus right away after the third movie came out at the time doesn't really surprise me. Especially seeing that back then they were really trying to make it the new mascot of the franchise and replace T-rex. 📸🐊📼🚫🦖 (3:28) If this movie would have been made I guess the people in that world would be like, "Oh the supposed T-rex attack in San Diego, thats all FAKE NEWS!" lol. 📺🗞👌👱♂❌🦕

8:20 That was the beginning of the end. Man... and it was canceled? I wonder why? ... I´m sure that after Jurassic Park 3´s production mess (making the script on the go and all that). They just were too scared. Also, The fact that the people working in the movie were ¨excited¨ doesn't mean anything, it´s their work, and they need to ¨hype-up¨ whatever they are working on. Watch Jeff Goldboom and Sam Neil´s interviews for Dominion... Of course, they only have good things to say about the film. William H. Macy is the only one I could recall talking badly about Jurassic Park 3. Looking back, they should wait after The Lost World´s mixed opinions before just doing a basically scriptless- rushed Jurassic 3...
I'm still waiting for a decent movie about Dinosaurs spreading across the world. Chaos Theory did a pretty good job showing that and it's effect our way of life. I hate the silly monster human hybrid stuff. Glad that never happened. Was bad enough with the silly monster in Fallen Kingdom and focus on cloned little girls.
I think I could make the concept of dino-human hybrids work in a Jurassic movie, I would just need help/advise from Guillermo del Toro and James Gunn to make it work.
11:28 Klayton: You know maaan is all connected in concept, Keira Knightley, Allan Grant, Ian Malcolm, Animatronics, a Human hybrid dinosaur creature... it all makes sense if you look into it guys. *So That escalated quickly. Klayton... You naive boy. Human hybrids really?... I lost all faith in your taste... I was faithful after you admitted that Dominion was bad.. But here we go yet again.
Sounds like the original Carnosaur novel. Which also sounds like Fallen Kingdom. Did anyone ever get the similarities? I mean I think the original fallen kingdom idea was a lot like it. Would have preferred it actually if they made it about the girl and cut out Claire and Owen. Made it about new characters discovering the mansion and befriending the little girl while she hides a secret; that the monsters wreaking havoc in the local town are dinosaurs brought back from nublar and some have escaped. Would have been a better movie imo
Its something that would work in like 1990, but I feel if this concept came out in 2005, it would become a severe flop. Plus, I feel we already have something similar with Maisy.
I liked Jurassic World, but I feel the series started to go to scientific with that movie. I don't care about any Indo Raptors or human dino hybrids. The first two movies was the best because you had your cast of humans, you had your dino's and you followed the humans trying to survive. Hell even JP3, which I still kinda hold a grudge with that movie attempting to replace the Rex with the Spino as the series mascot, it's still the same idea. A group of humans in dino infested land trying to survive. That's what made the old movies magical, and that's all these series ever needed to be in my opinion. As long as they keep down this road of mixing different dino's together, training dino's to use as weapons, etc. Then I don't think any new movie will ever match up to the class Jurassic Park series. They need to cut the nonsense they started bringing in with the World series and just go back to the basics of the Park series.
@@KlaytonFioriti I watched the original jurrassic park many times it is one of my favorite movies and only recently a year ago i finally read the novel. I am suprised to say that i actually like the book over the movie now.

I get that it's alot to read so Kudos to you Klayton if you got this far, iv'e had to avoid names to prevent info leaks but that is the larger first part of the Prolouge just so can understand the backstory. If you get back to me then i'll share the second part and then details about the main story. Thankyou again for replying in the first place and I look forward to hearing what you think.
@@TobyLarwoodseems interesting man, keep going!!
@@reubenc0039 I will, if I can get klayon's thoughts. Plus I don't want to give away too much. Thanks for reading that all the way through though, it means alot.
Hey your pitch sounds really interesting.where can we read thr full story? @@TobyLarwood
These videos make my day
If the Jurassic Park movie was a direct adaptation of the book, it would’ve been the most terrifying movie I’ve ever seen.
Thanks for the video!! See you later!! Stay safe.😊 I would have been interested in seeing a cancelled fourth JURASSIC PARK movie, it would have been laughed out of the theater or it would have been a success.
I think this Cancelled Jurassic park 4 movie would’ve been very interesting.
Are we going to get a video for your thoughts on Dino Crisis 2?
Hmm maybe one day. I actually haven’t even thought of doing that
@@KlaytonFioriti It's a bit weird that Dino Crisis is reflected and similar in the later JP movies. except with time travel instead of DNA manipulation
That game series deserves to get remade.
I'm starting to wonder that this new jurassic world 4 movie is going to be what this jurassic park 4 was going to be
Dino-Man is my favorite Avenger.
Fun fact: Marvel actually have a character like that. (Humberto Lopez)
Have you heard that animators are going on strike?
Actually no?
A mutant dino-human hybrid is a script only a horror master could make work. Spielberg would have failed.
Where are those bumper clipsc from? Is that Janeane Garofalo?
I have always suspected that the Scorpius Rex had about 1% human DNA in its genetic makeup.
I wish that we got Jurassic Park 4 instead of Jurassic World it sounded so much cooler then what we ended up with.
Man, this would've been so good. Why the hell is this canceled?
Usually something is cancelled when Hollywood doesn't think it's marketable enough. The shareholders need to think it's a good idea that will make them rich before anything gets off the ground.
I'm so glad that the people in charge had common sense to never actually put a human-dinosaur hybrid in a Jurassic Park movie. I seriously have never come into contact with a single person who thought that would be a good idea.
I still want to see John Sayles vision come to light
Dino-Human hybrids is a stupid idea, but grasshoppers is worst.
If a New movie is with alien human dinosaurs i will be soo dissapointed 😢+great video klayton fioriti 😊
This breaks my heart. The good timeline is jurassic park 4 2005 😭😭😭
Omg take me back 2005 better world
I remember reading about this in a magazine
Next year we might have a clash of dinosaur movies with Jw4 And Primitive War Film Adaptation.
This is what we need for Jurassic Park 4. Shame it got canceled 😞
BTW, a good sequel keeps the original story going but slightly differently, like T-1 and T-2.
They need to remake the first one and make it rater R with more gore and make it a darker version
I think that now and days they can adapt the dinosaurs human as like a war dinosaurs like the indorapter
I thought there would be a JP4 until Michael Crighten passed away in 2008.
It's so hard to hear about how excited the creators of the series were post 2001 especially considering how bad the series has gotten.
Isla Sorna looks more tropical and more "Lost World" in Jurassic Park 3.
(10:03) Them bringing back the Spinosaurus right away after the third movie came out at the time doesn't really surprise me. Especially seeing that back then they were really trying to make it the new mascot of the franchise and replace T-rex. 📸🐊📼🚫🦖
(3:28) If this movie would have been made I guess the people in that world would be like, "Oh the supposed T-rex attack in San Diego, thats all FAKE NEWS!" lol. 📺🗞👌👱♂❌🦕
someone needs to remake Carnosaur with this script
I wish William H Macey would come back lol
Jurassic World Rebirth's synopsis sounds similar to this films script.
Would have been awesome to see malcom having to deal with a spinosaur
Wow another jurassic park 4 content
Hey Klayton,
Not to distract from this video but are you still active in Dragon Curve? I haven’t seen a big influx of new videos like you were uploading. If you’re running out of movie ideas to talk on, I (and I’m sure others) would be happy to offer suggestions.
Sorry I’ve just been super busy lately. I do plan on uploading over there more
@@KlaytonFioriti no worries, just wanted to inquire. Didn’t know if the channel was still active or if you switched focus back to your main channel full time.
Who else wants a extrem dinosaur movie?
Will you review A Quiet Place?
I should do that eventually.
Which one of those movies do you like the most? Also have you heard about the new game?
@@sammyt7981there’s a new game?! And I think the first Quiet Place is my favorite so far
I’m so tired of the dumb dinosaur human hybrid concept
agreed
Same. Maybe it would work for a Carnosaur movie, but I prefer normal dinosaurs.
@@Bagelgeuse yes
Be like the copper troops from the Mario live action movie
11:28 Klayton: You know maaan is all connected in concept, Keira Knightley, Allan Grant, Ian Malcolm, Animatronics, a Human hybrid dinosaur creature... it all makes sense if you look into it guys.
*So That escalated quickly. Klayton... You naive boy. Human hybrids really?...
I lost all faith in your taste... I was faithful after you admitted that Dominion was bad.. But here we go yet again.
Did the original Jurassic park move have a ending with the survivors sat by a pool chilling, then they get told about dinosaurs in the jungle’s
The book did
@@KlaytonFioriti I remember seeing it in the cinema when it came out all those years ago, loved the book though, could have imagined it.
Babe wake up, klayton posted
Sounds like the original Carnosaur novel. Which also sounds like Fallen Kingdom. Did anyone ever get the similarities? I mean I think the original fallen kingdom idea was a lot like it. Would have preferred it actually if they made it about the girl and cut out Claire and Owen. Made it about new characters discovering the mansion and befriending the little girl while she hides a secret; that the monsters wreaking havoc in the local town are dinosaurs brought back from nublar and some have escaped. Would have been a better movie imo
Movie sounds like a lot of fun.
If they bring in hybrid human/dinosaurs the franchise is finished for good
Its something that would work in like 1990, but I feel if this concept came out in 2005, it would become a severe flop.
Plus, I feel we already have something similar with Maisy.
Hoping future JP movies bring back the dinoman and attach freaking laser beams to his head.
Honestly I would’ve traded in everything we ended up with to this sequel instead.
I would have loved a JP 4 if it were based on the dino man.
Reading lost world finally
Hope you enjoy it! I watched the movie before reading the book so I went in with a totally different perspective
@@KlaytonFioriti I watched the original jurrassic park many times it is one of my favorite movies and only recently a year ago i finally read the novel. I am suprised to say that i actually like the book over the movie now.
