Since watching a lot of your videos I am finally starting to get the hang of gear switching and now starting to understand and incorporate prayer switching aswell after this video. I didn't realize how much waiting for the attack animation emote with the axe to completely follow through all the way first and using that timing for the correct moment to G maul made such a big difference that was high quality. I knew they would nerf the Korasi again unfortunately.
The only reason they want to remove the 100% hit chance is because future content will have bosses that are mega tanky in mage and range and would make voidwaker "too good". But its stupid because the only reason why voidwaker exists is for the 100% hit spec. Its not a pvp related nerf, besides voidwaker is just fine where it is in pvp.

w update, glad they decided to update Ahrims to have magic damage and eternals. Like you said pegs should have like +2 range str as well imo. As someone who has never done chambers I'm more motivated to go do that which is also a dub.
The necklace slot should have the best dps. You can argue that bandos and nezzy helm give less str than a str ammy.(Might be the same tbh) occult is only good for mains, but they can just up the lvl req to wear it like a slayer staff or something.
what about the sang? it should do a bit more damage for what it's worth to better bridge the gap between trident and shadow. For Voidwaker.. If you have to touch it, then just lower the minimum hit instead of making it possible to hit 0's.
It's shadow that should be reworked first imo, should only triple your magic dmg upto 70% then the rest left over just add it's on as normal, this would then future proof magic dmg items
just bought 59 eternal boots. ive been saying this since 2016 they need buffed the other 2 god boots are a stable 30mil ish but has more bonuses than prims and pegasian towards their attack styles
Would locking the full 10% with an untradable drop from Smoke Devils be an issue? The armor/prayer changes can still be added to allow for filling in the gap. If having all that mage str is an issue then maybe cap mage strength? Just a thought
i agree, Phosani is a supply eater, Voidwaker nerf is gunna suck.. but I hope my voidwaker hits on raids. Not too fond of the nerf on the Occult Necklace nerf ;3. Other than that yeps its okay :D

Jagex are silly, they can't seem to stop releasing OP content only to nerf it later. I sometimes consider returning to OSRS, but so far I've been able to resist the urge by remembering the game has already had far too many updates.
if they really want to make armor such as ahrim tanky nowaday the only way I could see it being usefull is giving mage ''tanky'' armor, elemental resistance, reducing the recieved max hit. It will give it a good niche use. Hell they gives monster Elemental resistance, why not give some to the players. For Ahrim, 15%-20% against fire/air/earth/water (totally excluding ancient) Would be usefull against a handfull of monster without much repercusion to game ballance and can be tuned to 5-7.5% or no reduction at all in pvp

And just don't touch other magic stuff It makes no sense to change every single mage item to 'balance' one
I mean your assessment isnt really correct, the occult is a 1 slot item that beats out a 4 slot Set with extra slots ontop of that, meanwhile the ones you mentioned only compete with another slot item. Sure theyre cheap but its like comparing apples to pears.

It's about making other items relevant and what you propose still locks it into a meta. Lowering allows other items to become relevant and have value.

The whip can’t train str. I personally think it’s balanced. And gp is only a concern if you need the best gear to clear content
