Great concise review. Great video man
Heyy I am a software Engineer so is the M3 MBA 16gb + 512gb a good option??
Please do share ur inputs!!
It’s a good option but I have to be honest, the price is crazy. I’d rather get an M1 Pro MacBook Pro at that point cus your are close to spending $2000
Would you recommend it for school and then later for uni?
100%. I think it’s the perfect laptop for students
@@HabeebNG even tho it's so expensive?
@@itsme_colin if you gonna use it for a long time, it okey. But if you already have an M1 or M2. Just keep those. Also, you can get the m2 for $999 won’t really make a difference. Or look into Apple refurbished MacBook for cheaper options. Just don’t get intel.
@HabeebNG ok, I'll check it out Thank you very much
The 15 inch option is just the sweet spot I wished the pro had
You mean price?
@@HabeebNG Nahh I feel the 16inch pro is too big and the 14inch might be too small for some people .
The dis continued 15inch pro is the best screen size for laptops to me.
When people ask should you upgrade keep in mind they mean from a m1 or 2 which that machine is still good to go so get your use. If yours is a few years old then by all means it’s gonna hit for ya. I don’t think most people if they are worried about money they don’t get a new laptop every refresh
Yeah you right. I did mention that towards the end of the video
@@HabeebNG it’s like all these upgrade videos out and they are comparing like m1 or 2 and thinking balky the 3 or whatever. It should be, is it worth upgrading right now if you’re on a intel based back. Like should you wait or get it right now. Sole really need to upgrade soon as possible but also don’t want to upgrade and two weeks later the Mac you bought goes on sale because they dropped a new one
@@nme6725 you have a point
@@HabeebNG wasn’t like talking just to your video per say, just all of these should you upgrade or no are talking about current Macs one over the other when in reality most people keep their Mac long as they can and need to upgrade it and want to know do it now or shoild wait a few months/weeks or whatver. When I looked at the videos to learn some info I was upgrading from a 2018 MacBook Pro and was trying to figure out would was it a good time get a new one that week or wait for something newer to release and also did I really need a MacBook Pro again or was the MacBook Air good enough for me. Which I ended up deciding on the air m3 chip 15’ . I know in the past I’d get a new one only to have a complete refresh just weeks out. Which last time I should have waited because the ones from 17,18 had those keyboard problems and was probably the worst Mac I’ve had
Do you actually have the MBA, cos it looks to me like you are just talking about specs with no actual real life use. Video has been filmed in an Apple shop. Get real and give us a real video. just wasted 5 minutes with this rubbish video. That's the truth.
I didn’t mention that I have the MacBook Air. And yes I filmed at the Apple store. Not every creator has the money to buy every new tech. I do my best to buy or get the ones I can afford. I also wanted to feel in person. That’s how most successful creator started.
@@HabeebNGThat is not how most successful creators started out but I wish you success on your YT journey.
I made sure I got the 16g of ram in the 15inch and it’s one the best MacBooks ever had. All all I’ve ever owned were pros til now
Get the pro if you can afford it. It's a better laptop. Heck, maybe you can get the ASUS Creator q540 from best buy for $1000. Way nicer screen with deep blacks, and you can just throw videos on it to edit it.
You have a point. Some people just like Apple products 🤷🏾♂️ lol
@HabeebNG I guess so. I never buy MacBook Airs. I only buy MacBook Pros when I buy a Mac. I have the M3 Pro in it with 36GB of RAM. Most of my videos were edited on PCs, to be honest. The biggest thing with those is to have dedicated GPUs in them with enough vRAM to be able to deal with massive video files that comes out of a real camera. You can for the most part, get away with just 16GB of RAM on a PC as long as you have the ample amount of vRAM in it.
@@dawgcanjumphigh me too. If I ever buy an Air in the future, prolly just to review. To me it just like a Chromebook. Web browser, word documents. That’s all it can do
