Before giving Lanat on whole of Banu Ummayah, you should repent, yes we all know who among Banu Ummaya were the guilty ones no one needs to be a rocket scientist. But as a Muslim and a follower of Ahle bait, I see a lot of people doin laan taan here, I ask the following questions How many Muslims did the great Ameerul momineen o fathe Khyber Hazrat Ali AS give laanat on. All Shias the proper ones not the mushrikeen Nuseri ones, accept that Umer bin Abdul Aziz was a good man, he restored the honoe Ahle bait, banned illegal practices, even gave the baagh of fiddak under management of descendents of Ahle bait, he was from Banu Ummayah Hazrat Usman was from Banu Ummaya, I understand that Shias might not like him or disagree with him, but in his tough times, it is all of Ahle bait who provided him help. And finally the brothers here who do laan taan on all of Banu Umayyab there was a mother of momineen who was from Banu Ummaya. Also before swearing on Hinda and all her relatives, remember that her real brother stood with prophet Muhammad in early times. Yes many many people of Banu Ummayah did wrong were bad, and outright called out such in ahadith by our beloved prophet PBUH, but there were a few good among them. The ruling class of Banu Ummaya had bughuz with Banu Hashim, since prophet PBUH prophethood was declared that's true. But what Muslims are doing these days without research is not good, Most of culprits are deceased nor read what Shia books n Sunni books say about not calling out names on dead, cause they have been already judged by Supreme creator Allah.
