Dolton Park District claims political targeting by Mayor Tiffany Henyard

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any crazier in Dolton, the Park District says they’re now being politically targeted by Mayor Tiffany Henyard for, among other things, putting a new layer of mulch down on their playgrounds.
