Two things I've started doing religiously.
1. Blow the holes out with a straw.
2. Builders adhesive in the hole.
Seen too many plugs pull out over the years.
Also be careful with impact drivers also seen plugs stripped by the screw over torquing.
Thanks for the info. I did mention to watch over tightening in the video if using an impact driver. Thanks for watching 👍
Thanks 👍👍👍👍✌️
No problem!
The coach screws are a great idea!
Yes, they work well and make a great strong fixing. Thanks for watching 👍
Nice job just sayin from North of Newcastle 👍👍🍺
Thanks Brian 👍
How do you know what weight the coach bolts will support? The bracket will hold 35kg with the arm straight , that’s a lot of weight on the bracket ?
Good video, but when are we going to see the finished loft conversion job?
I've lost a load of video footage that I'm trying to get recovered! Hopefully I'll get it back. Thanks for watching 👍
Hope you used hearing protection for the hammer drill. Those things are godawful loud when hammering.
I admit, I'm guilty of not always using them when I'm rushing. But good point!
