Afaik, you can't get back to back double guardians. Pretty sure they are on opposite sides of the maze. only way to achieve that would be to get double guardians into a normal room, then pull next set of double guardians through mist door onto boss.

Last week had multiple runs where it was double guardian, normal pack, double guardian. My comment was a valid question lol
