Advice mate. Include visual of the remote in the future. The reason being. I physically can't get my remote to do anything but access the accessibility options and turn on the tv. And I have no idea how the click wheel isn't navigating the user interface

I just had the same problem. You have to pair the remote to the TV. Press and hold the back button & the pause button for 3-5 seconds. After that it will work
Hi Steve I wanted to know if the remote had the capability to open apps like BET plus, philo through the microphone button/goggle voice assist..everytime I try it states "I can't do that"
@@TechSteve I use sling blue plus an over the air antenna. $30 a month ain’t bad. TH-cam TV is great and I might change over to it once my iPhone is paid off. I probably would have TH-cam TV now if they did not quit carrying the regional sports networks. When it is on sale the Amazon fire recast would pay for itself in four months. That’s why I am thinking about getting that or maybe the Tablo dual.
Steve have you ever used your PS5 on HDMI input one or two which are the 2.0 ports? And if you have does the PS5 play and operate fine bud? Like I’ve mentioned I own a Xbox series X and a PS5 and wanna be able to use both systems on the QN90A bud.
@@tears2040 good point Frank... thanks man! Yeah the QN90A is so bright and colours are amazing. And I do worry about burn in even tho it’s not common. I don’t have a dark room for a C1. So it would have to go into a bright room
@@Scott-cy6zv Samsung QN90A is their top of the line 4K model. Personally I would put the Series X on port 4 and the PS5 on any other HDMI. Multiple player games like Call Of Duty. Fortnite and even Gears Of War I would okay on the Series X at 120fps and leave all 4K 60fps on the PS5. Oleds IMO are better for movie watching, Qled such as this are much better for gaming. *I own an LG CX which is great for Dolby Vision Netflix, but I game in the living room on a Qled from 2018 (looking to upgrade now in 2021) to this tv or Sony X95J

I bought and paid for a LG CX 6 weeks ago because I was told it’s the best gaming tv. My room is a brighter room also btw. But after waiting all this time the store called me to come in and do a reselect of a tv because the CX was discontinued and was no longer available. So I went into the store and fell in LOVE with the QN90A and it was actually beside a C1. And it was so bright to the C1. So I pulled the trigger and paid 600$ more to switch to the Samsung QN90A. So now at this point I’m almost 4200$ laid out on a tv. They order it in for me and called for it to be installed. And the manager did say “Scott we had no idea that the 2021 Samsung’s only have the single HDMI 2.1 port and we know you have the PS5 and the Xbox series X consoles so your gonna have to use the one port and unplug each system each time as these systems require 2.1 ports. So I was bummed out and asked what to do now. They called back and said the 65” C1 will be in soon and I could go with that so I could use my systems. So I agreed to do that. Now 5 days ago I also found out LG doesn’t cover burn in more does my 689$ Ext warranty cover it either as here in Canada it’s considered “Abuse” on the panel. So yes I am nervous of that issue now. But people like you have said the PS5 doesn’t require a HDMI 2.1 port. And like you have just explained to me it can still be used in another port as there’s barely any 120fps Games. And clearly QLED is much better for games Frank!! I really thank you for explaining this to me. I should call the store tomorrow then and let em know to bring my samsung then?
We’ve ordered the Q60A and a Sonos ARC sound bar. Do I use eARC from Sonos to the TV, then use anymore HDMI for Dish Network and another HDMI for the Blue Ray? I’ve been using a receiver in the past and had to run everything through that device. Sounds to easy.

Do you think it's worth upgrading my ru7445 to a q60a or q60t? Is it any good for hdr? Im looking for a cheap upgrade to watch hdr in the way it's ment to! Cause the tv I have now isn't bright enough for it, it's only 390 nits which is way to low. Now I'm also wondering if the q60a or q60t have supreme uhd dimming which the ru7445 does, also does it have good motion handling to? I don't want a downgrade you know:) I mean I'm not really upgrading I guess I'm just buying a individual tv for hdr movies, and maybe games. Btw: actually I never tried hdr content on my tv but I assume it's just going to look like sdr, it's says that 600 nits-1000nits it's required/really recommended! I’m having issues as soon as i turn it on. It says that you have 2 simple options either smartphone or remote control but I can’t move move it to the remote control option. Why is that? My remote is fully charged

what if you have no smartphone or wifi? My elderly neighbour only wants to watch TV. She doesnt have smartphone or internet. Plugged it in and connected an hdmi cable to a box. when we turn TV on we only get a QR code appera and its asking for it to be scanned with a smartphone
This is a frustrating system, I did everything until the sign into Samsung account I tried using my gmail and Hotmail and didn’t work.. I made a new Samsung account and it said my postal code is not valid.. I can’t make an account help me.
@@TechSteve Thanks for responding! But when I go to the page, it says it is compatible, and I have it on my phone. It did set up/register, but the actual smart things app doesn't appear on the tv. I have a Samsung 65 class 4k 80000 2020 model. I was attempting to use my smart things app via the tv to see my ring cameras. I do have Alexa on my tv, and can see the ring cameras thru that on the tv scree, but I wanted smart things...sorry for the long post!
I’m so frustrated! I’m not able to get into settings. I tried resetting and it still does not work. My batteries are working. I just purchased the TV in Jan. 2022. It worked well for 6 weeks and I have been having trouble ever since. I purchased the TV at Best Buy, I can’t believe I brought home a lemon TV! I thought Samsung was a good brand TV. Can someone help me? I’m tired of having to get up to turn TV off and on manually. I cannot get into settings, or use any functions on the remote. I’ve tried everything that I found in you tube without success.
I only made it as far as hold the volume button to choose .... nothing, holding the volume does nothing and it is stuck at choosing smartphone or remote.

This video was not helpful at all I mean not at all you moving too fast you skip a lot of steps. you should be giving more step-by-step information but you rushed over assuming that everybody's at speed with you. The result is a useless video.

TH-cam TV has a 7day trial. You can add up to 3 local people. If you like it try to split the bill

You can use them both, but only one of those hdmi (port 4) supports 4K 120 frame per second.
Very few games are 4K 120 on Xbox Series X/PS5

What’s the exact model, you have to search for the whole thing. And some of these TV apps are restricted to certain areas of the world

You don’t have to use this feature at all, just use the remote or have an expert to come out and assist you if it’s that important
