    Great video and I agree with you with most points. Yet I do find choosing, preparing and eating the right and healthy food is well invested time. The reason is that if you do not invest time in a healthy diet you will eventually lose more time either by being less engergetic, becoming sick or worst case even shorten your life expectency. I would even say spending time in preparing healthy foods is the best invested time of all activities. The return might not come immediately but later in life you will get a great return on investment with an increased life span and overall better health and fitness. So taking the time to choose, prepare and eat healthy meals is rather a reasonable than a wasteful use of time.
