Pushing a pallet with a pallet jack that weighs anything over 800 lbs up that incline ramp is near impossible. This is probably more suitable for wheel chairs and light loads.

That class of vehicle is only going to be rated for about a ton of cargo total so I don't think that would be much of a restriction
