Hello, I have a return/ refund I need to submit. It's my first. When I click on " request return" it stays yellow. Then I clicked on the 3 lines on the order. It says a return label will be issued, up to 48 hours. In your video, you do not mention anything regarding 48 hours. So, I'm panicking here. EBay sent me an email stating that the customer can request ebay to step in starting Monday. Which of course that will effect my store on ebay. So, is it normal or did something go wrong?? Why the 48 hour wait?? In your video you mention once you click request return. 1 of 2 things can happen. 48 hour wait for return label is not one of them. Please help!

There is less return chance if the product is of decent quality and the customer service you provide is good enough. So if customer asks for return or refund and i'm using shopify and the auto fulfill returns by autods, everything is automated except me having to click on the request return label as shown in the video? So then once the supplier gets the return item back the customer gets automatically refunded and then i will also get tmy money back for the purchase that my autods/shopify used to dropship the product originally. Is this all correct ?
