please, if primers in PCR-AS technique have same product size how you can discriminate between them

There are two simple solutions. First solution is that you use the either a two primer method or three primer method where there is no amplicons of same length. If you still want to use four primer method, then you will have to first manually check if they give same product size or different. If same, then don't use those primers, change your primers.

You are right the server has been down since long. I have been trying, but it's not working. It was the most useful and easiest tool I ever found. But I don't know know why they abondoned this tool for good
