Hi Wendy... You are in a festive mood. The beautiful kurta you are wearing in diwali colors makes you look so gorgeous.. your method is well laid out and systematicaly presented. As is usual all your recipes are tried and true and the results are par excellence. Dont know whether you have posted your foogyas recipe..if so, i have missed it. Wendy also am awaiting mawa cup cake recipe. I remember my days in Bombay when i enjoyed the famous irani mawa cakes with 'irani chai'.. i have tried out different mawa cake recipes but do not come upto to that authentic taste. Thanks Wendy
Looks delicious - thanks for sharing your recipe and method. I also live in Canada so it’s nice to see you making dishes that I can get the ingredients also. Keep up the good work. Happy Diwali to all celebrating 🪔
Thanks Wendy , looks delicious , just a small query , it’s about the paneer you have used , is it the frozen variety we get abroad or the local variety we get in India . The fresh paneer in India is very crumbly, so difficult to grate it .
Thanks Neelam. I used the refrigerated pre packed paneer but you can crumble the fresh paneer with your fingers instead of grating & you should get similar results.
@@PlatinItWithWendy hi Wendy can we get to the bottom of Gobi carrot aachar. It was sweet and tangy .My peep gave me the recipe. Lord!! Surely there is an easy method! Life is not that complicated!!
hi wendy..i was thinking if you could make a special cake that was especially made for weddings and christening time ..the texture was hard and color was darkish brown or black .. the topping of cake was hard white ..i hope you getting what i am talking about..i tried finding on you tube but i coudnt get. thank you.
Hi Wendy, enjoy your show, and I have made many of them, all came out delicious. Just a question,, is there an sugar substitute that can be used. Thanks
It seems you didnt listen well. Between the 11th and 13th seconds of play it says (made with just 2 ingredients..milk and sugar). And yes there are 3 main ingredients..milk sugar and PANEER.😊😊
Hi Gracy, when sharing my recipes I am very truthful as I like my followers to get the same results as I do. I’m very open in sharing my tips and tricks. I do not hide or mislead anyone. If you listen very carefully to my video at the section that you have mentioned, you will notice that I have stated that Kalakabd is “TYPICALLY” made of two ingredients, milk and sugar. I did not say that I was using only two ingredients. I was very clear in saying that I was sharing “MY WAY” of preparing Kalakand. I hope my response helps to clear all your doubts. Enjoy!
