I visited this home during Parade of Homes. The upstairs level I found odd with just 1 bathroom for multiple bedrooms. At this price point ideally each room has an en suite bathroom or worse case a Jack and Jill for 2 bedrooms to share.

The very last bedroom I went in upstairs does have its own en-suite bathroom, which I failed to show as I thought it was a closet. 🤦🏼♂️ So there are at least 2 bathrooms upstairs. I agree though that the more bathrooms the better, especially at this price. Are you looking to buy in the area?

Sorry for the delay. I had to find an external hard drive that had the original file on it. The last 4 tracks are by Hara Noda. The first one is by Martin Landstrom. It looks like both of them have their music on popular platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, etc... Are you thinking about moving to the Columbus area?
Aaah. Nothing like the Midwestern esthetic. Everything is grey and white, and what wall space there is for art there hangs some mass produced piece that somehow manages to disappear.🥱
