Correct, oils have different oil groups and are made differently, some are called Synthetic or full synthetic but the oil base used for production is not manufactured to be really called 100% synthetic or even synthetic.Often cheap oils have a lot of blends used and refined to be called synthetic. Some companies are adding also a lot of additives.
