❤ I was a bit concerned about the addition of kasoori methi lekin banane k baad maza aa gya. I cooked it on a kettle grill and added some wood for some kind of smoky flavour. Lekin in the end I was able to get the taste of the authentic chicken tikka which is sold on streets of almost every city of Pakistan. I had authentic poodina chutney along with some roomali chapti with the tikka. Tried it in Australia 🎉 I will try to add the photos of the end result if I could 😅

Boss...nice video..regarding wet brine, pls next time take care and instruct viewers of temperature. Temperature of water and meat should be same...otherwise if water is too hot and chicken was cold, then there are chances of infection. Wet brine should be done in cold water!
