If you've seen her on any of his streams at all, or when she explained to chat how and why she is the exact opposite of a hoe (a good girlfriend), you'd understand she just got used. Dante wasn't ready for a serious relationship to the extent she wanted, and she loved him too much to realize that. As for the abortion- it was actually not purposefully done.
