@root9065 I see you deleted your comment. This is my answer to your comment, I hope you see it: Regarding the 40 MP increase, Fujifilm introduced it to meet the demand that people had expressed since the release of the X-T3. Professionals had been asking for a camera with this kind of resolution, and Fujifilm delivered. The only issue is that they were a bit slow in releasing more new lenses for such a demanding sensor. However, most people who wanted 40 MP likely already have lenses that can take advantage of the increased resolution.
I used Nikon cameras for over 10 years before switching to Fujifilm. I had used the D850 and Z7II, and for my specific photography needs, I haven't noticed any significant difference in image quality compared to the X-T5. I require the higher resolution because my clients often print large images, and I prioritize the best possible quality. However, for most photographers, 26 MP is more than sufficient, and even 16 MP provides good resolution for most applications. Personally, I wouldn't return to a full-frame camera, but I might consider transitioning to a Medium Format system
You eat some thick pancakes bro
😅
this lens is really good and travels well because it is small. even though I already own this, it's still nice to see your reviews ❤
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the great review - but I don’t understand the phenomenon of focus breathing on a manual lens. Doesn’t the focus remain fixed wherever the user set it manually? What would cause it to ‘breathe’ or stray from its position?
Changing the point of focus causes the lens angle to slightly change due to moving the lens elements. More expensive lenses correct this with an extra lens element, that moves accordingly to the focus. This change of image angle during focus is called focus breathing.
PS: So yes, if you never change the point of focus, you have no focus breathing.
Great review Andrei 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it!
Is this lens compatible with Fujifilm X-E1? I saw that on Amazon they mention the X-E3 but not X-E2 / X-E1. Surprised because X mount should be across the whole range
Hello, if it's not on the list it means it dosent work. The mount is not the problem, the electronic contacts and software are.
This is a fully manual lens. It will work on X-E1.
Not expensive very small easy to use I really like it big like bro for your great job 👏😉
Thank you so much 😀
I love these cheap ass lenses - so much fun and character. I own 7artisans 25 mm 1,8f and it''s pure fun but I want to try 35mm 1.4f - that could be even more fun!
Me too, we need to enjoy photography.
When a review for the viltrox 27mm f1.2?
Maybe next week. It is going to be a special video.
@@AndreiDimaReviews Abia astept.
I pair this with ttart 25 f2 for a great combo
That sounds like a nice combo.
Heard good things about their 25f2 too
Planning on reviewing that as well later this year.
I would only like to know if these are images straight out of camera or if you have passed them through post processing. Honestly I can't belive how good the sharpness is at f/5.6
The photos are not SOC. They are RAW files I edited but the only thing I changed is colour, white balance and film simulation.
@@AndreiDimaReviews thanks for the reply!
Great review
Thank you!🙂
thanks so much !!!
You're welcome!
I do not get why one would put $50 lens in a near $2000 camera ... tbh
because it works with it.🤔
I would say its incredibly useful before you decide to invest in a $1k lens of the same focal lenght and aperture.
Because i blew all my money on the body to begin with hahaha.
