No, I have never removed the airbox. It does look like a pain... but there is a section in the factory manuals called "Removing the airbox". I would start there and see how it goes. Good luck!
Great Video. Just wondering where did you get the specs for the valve clearances? The reason I ask is I have the factory manual for my 2014 SP and it is not the same. Thanks in advance.
Sorry for the late reply... but I have two factory manuals that match up - one for the 2014 Hyperstrada and one for the 2015 HM SP. As I recall there are TWO sperate sections for "specs for the valve clearances". One section is for the factory specs/settings and the other is for setting them at the recommended intervals (which is slightly more generous). Both sets of specs are close... but definitely differ by a small margin. Let me know if you need or want details on that. Thanks!
