When I lost my son to suicide May 4th 2020 .I fell into such despair and grief.A part of me died when I lost him.I felt I had no reason to live.But I continue to hang on and trust in the Lord.This song encourages me so much.Even though I am in so much pain, I will keep holding on to my faith one day at a time.

I had a seizure in May of 2022, but I've been seizure free for almost 28 months. I love our dear Heavenly Father more now, and I spend more time with Him. I love it!
I lost my 3 sons due to pre-term labor.💔 One of them was born on December 18, and died at that Christmas, same year.😢 My heart felt nothing in every Christmas approaching but pains and traumas of memories flashes back over and over again. GOD never failed to strengthen me everytime I lost my strength to stand. And now , were finally expecting a new healthy baby , next year ❤️ Through ups and downs, JESUS is the reason for us to live.! Never lose hope in every dark steps. Keep walking with faith.
We also lost a baby in our family. Our first baby in our family my nephew Caleb. He was stillborn. 💔

I performed as Mary mother of Jesus in a play at our church back in 2003. We performed this play on Good Friday weekend. This song played after Jesus said " It is finished" , then he dies. There were tears throughout the whole church and the move of God was so amazing! We saw deliverance, salvation and healing! What a mighty God we serve! I still to this day cry very hard with this song...Jesus is the Reason Amen!!!

This song never ever fails to bring me to tears ever since I first heard this during our church service. The first time I heard this during worship, I just felt my tears fall. I didn't care if my neighbors saw me, I cried my heart out. Ever since then, this has been my go to song whenever thoughts of suicide go through my mind. Yes, I am a Christian, however, I am suicidal and maybe that's on me. I didn't guard my heart enough, I didn't hold my thoughts captive that's why I became like this. Until now, this song brings me to tears because I am constantly reminded that I have a purpose, I have a reason....a reason to live. I am reminded that God has a plan for me, to prosper me and not to harm me. He has plans to give me a hope and a future and that's why everyone who knows what I'm going through tells me that I keep on fighting and they are proud of me for doing that. I still may be suicidal at times, but I'm holding on to this particular reason, I have a purpose here. I am here because He wants me to be here. Besides, what right do I have to take my own life right? 🙂
Please don't give up keep fighting the good fight of faith knowing the Lord is with you and put on the whole armour of God daily.I have 2 sons one took his own life and the other has been severely depressed and sucidial.It is the worse pain a mother could experience.

I had a seizure in May 2022 and was also diagnosed with several other health issues that same year. I had no idea what I was facing or if the issues could even be healed, but I prayed incessantly, and now the issues are all healed in Jesus' Name! I feel like I have a new life in Christ!

This song was played during a doxology way back when I attended a seminar. It was my first time hearing this song. I listened and understand the lyrics all the way... While listening, I tried really hard to hold back my tears because I realized His sufferings just for us... and how we don't deserve God's love as sinners.

This song helps me my dad died last Saturday he had a heart attack. And my son died in August the 14th 2020 from a grandmal seizure. I lost a part of me when my son died. And I am only here because the Lord has and is and always helping me. And I'm happy I heard this song today.

One of my favorite songs, our class last grade 4 represented this song and made a hand mime showing how JESUS suffered for us on the cross. AMEN to this song!!!!!!!!
The first time my college marching band practiced this it sent shivers down my spine ,we finished and the guy next to me asked ME "did you feel that?' We played it at halftime and got a standing ovation long before the end of the song.I guess the crowd felt it too.
