    Those little cars are tootsie toy cars possibly from the 70s. I remember them very well as I got mine from the 5 & dime store before Walmart spread out and came into the picture. I always enjoy your flea market adventures videos. Thanks for sharing.

    OMG ShirtTales! It was a cartoon back in the 80's that I loved! I had The stuffed Rick Racoon. I would've totally bought that glass.

    My husband and I were vendors for over 10 years in Hertans field. We used to have our $10 tables and $5 tables.
    Then he had his larger stuff he’d sell too…
    You did good with the Tab bag and glasses!
    I’ll probably go in September to just poke around.
    I need an umbrella as well in the sun,my English Scottish Irish skin burns terribly.

      Yes, very similar, but I think it was supposed to be a Boston Terrier and I think Triumph is a doberman.

    Those little cars are made by Tootsie Toys. My father bought some for his Christmas Village when I was a kid. So I'm thinking early 70s.

    Hi, thanks for the tour, FYI the green glass is not uranium glass, and is not Vaseline glass. It is depression glass. Vaseline glass is light yellow. Not all depression glass glows.

      I didn't do the full show in July because it was so hot! I did about half the show, up until you get to May's, then I had to call it quits. I'll definitely be back in September though!

    wow THAT Tab collection is a great pick up. I am here in Mass but have not going to the Brimfield Flea Market YET. Thank yuo for the tip about the GoPro I did not think of that I will have to make a trip out there. I have heard a lot about this Flea Market, I just moved here 5 years ago. Like that Gaget for the class,

      Yeah, I thought the Tab cooler and glasses were pretty cool and a great deal! I rarely see Tab stuff. I'm tempted to actually use the Tab cooler. As for the GoPro, I might be going with another brand soon, the frequency of it overheating is getting ridiculous.

      There were so many missing parts that I didn't even realize it was supposed to be a bulldozer. It looked like a space ship to me! I think it was missing the hood, the bucket and the battery door. Too many missing parts for me.

    "Vintage" is considered to be 25+ years, so 1994, being 30 years, falls in that time window.

      Maybe. It doesn't "feel" vintage to me, but that's probably because I was in high school in 1994 and it seems like yesterday.

    Victorian uranium glass is often yellow-green and radioactive as heck. The more modern version from the 30s is much less so.

      OK. I thought that might be the case. Like I said in the video, the ones I have at home give off between 100 and 400 CPM. I think the ones I saw at the show barely went over 30 or 50, except for one that hit 80.

    Tom love the content, I’m a coke collector in uk, where we don’t get the real good stuff you see on your travels. What I have noticed is there is a fraction of Pepsi stuff , so if you see unusual stuff in coke or Pepsi buy it 👍

      Yes, there's definitely far more Coke stuff than Pepsi stuff, and even less Tab. The only problem I have is that I'm not always sure which stuff is rare... Thanks for watching!

    2:28 5 dollars isn’t too bad for vinyl records in 2024. 10:49 That’s a nice paperweight. Anything space related is cool in my book. 12:14 vintage World’s Fair memorabilia is always fun, too. 16:42 vintage Disney is collectible, too. 20:59 I like the 1973 Pepsi Looney Tunes glasses.

      Well, they don't recognize my face, that's for sure. It's usually the combination of the GoPro on my chest and my voice. It always surprises me though how many people do recognize me just by hearing me. I need a voice changer thing like Batman.

    My husband worked in radiation protection for Oregon and was curious if you’ve had your Geiger counter calibrated?? And keep your orange Fiesta behind glass

      No, never had the geiger counter calibrated. It's all digital, so I'm not sure if it can be calibrated like the old school ones. All I know is that it goes off around radiation, so it at least tells me IF something is radioactive. Yes, I do have it behind glass! Thanks

      No. That's why I use the geiger counter. There is some I tested that looked like the radioactive stuff, but wasn't.

    I think it is fair to say something 30 years old is vintage. Definitely not antique. I believe it's 20 years with t-shirts which makes me feel really old😂. Enjoy your videos.

    Vintage means; of age....typically 20 years or more....at 100 years its an antique

      The definition seems to vary. Some people say vintage is 50-100 and antique is 100+. I still say 1994 isn't vintage, but that's just my opinion.

      @@fleabittenadventures oh you mean uranium glass all that radiation exposed over such a long-term lesbian radioactive until well after world war II I used to be with some of the fence so I would kind of highly weird on forget that on radiation I don't want anyone near my house but if it works for you just remember distance and mass and yes I used to be a radiological monitor which I Creek NIU if I remember there was an accident on 65 once I mean I told me he had all the pieces of something wrong except for one about 2 inches that a squirrel had grabbed on the side of the line it's an estimated yeah I remember trying to educate a 2-inch piece out of a squirrel's nest while trying not to get back

    Only the orange was radioactive because the uranium is that color orange. They literally just used it as a dye in the fiestas ware.

      A black light is better because all the green glass doesn't glow . So the radiation detector is not going to tell you. You want the least radio active so as not to cause cancer. The stronger radiation can .

      Apparently the ivory is also slightly radioactive. I did find some ivory Fiesta ware and it was slightly radioactive. I think it was like 80-100 CPM, as opposed to 3,000+ for the orange/red stuff.

      I'm just saying that I own some uranium glass that gives off 300-400 CPM and the stuff I was testing at this show was barely going about 50.

    Vintage is technically 20 years or older but i start at at least 50 years old because nothing is much valuable unless at least the 60s.
