I think that is a Manx, which is a breed with a naturally occurring mutation that shortens the tail or makes it basically nonexistent. One of my friends has a Manx, and I swear it looks like a little bear from behind.

My husband and I own a Tabby Serval mix named Chesire. The Duchess's charcoal rimmed Siamese actually nursed a stone fox kit at her tit. My cousin owns a Persian Blue and another cat I cant quite place. Daniel Hollywood is threatening a Tuxedo cat.

If you are talking about the orange cat earlier in the video, it has to do with their breed and their genetics. Their fur and whiskers grow in very short and wavy/scraggly. Cutting off a cat's whiskers would serve no benefit obviously, but it still isn't the case here. Feel free to google a good example of a breed called the "Cornish Rex". :)

Oh no no no no you do not cut whiskers off of a cat. Sick sick is about as sick as declawing a cat in fact that is sick too. This is cat abuse my just about as bad as in school child abuse sad.. oh my there is a cat without a tail with a judge what is this show a sympathy show.
Okay, first of all I don't particularly like how they handle the cats, like holding them, petting them, etc. . They looked unhappy and stressed out in the cages, and hate the judges handling them. For example, when the judge ruffled up one of the cat's fur, it was noticeable that they disliked the treatment. Also, all of those bottles filled with chemicals to help their fur probably contain many unnatural chemicals that may irritate the skin. I own a cat myself, and If I were to ever enter him in a contest, I would treat him like I always have had. I would make sure he is comfortable (sadly they want them in a cage that looks like a prison), and give him treats to calm him down. And why would you enter kittens?! I think that would be horrid to see them in a cage like that. All of you people think that they are gorgeous and beautiful, but their is a downside to all of this glamour. Some of these breeds have health issues that come from mixing breeds. I know an unhappy, stressed out cat when I see one. If you do shows like this, treat them like a part of your family, not like an animal that is going to win you a top award for "most beautiful" or " gorgeous".
But the thing is, is that they don't always like to be shown off in big public places. They get very stressed out, especially when a stranger puts their hands on them and ruffles up their fur in such a way. And do you think that most of those people actually care that their cat is very stressed out and being poked and prodded like that? I just like to see happy cats in a stress free environment. Sure, some cats may love getting all pampered up for these shows, and I understand that. I just don't like how stressful these events are. I wouldn't be surprised if a cat tried to scratch a judge's eyes out if you ask me. I'd do the same thing if someone were messing up my fur if I were a cat. And their reaction is important. They are trying to tell you that "Oh, I hate this! Why are you doing this to me?! or "Meh, I can deal with it but I still hate you for doing this to me". Sometimes they may be like "I love being in cat shows!" I'm just saying to listen to your cat and pay attention to what they are trying to say. It's not all about you getting an award for the prettiest cat, it's about you and your cat doing something fun and trying something new. It's about loving your animal, not treating it like an inanimate art piece you win an award for. At least do something to calm your cat down. I wouldn't be surprised if it kept barfing all in it's cage at the shows! I especially hate that they show kittens. For one, I think they are too fragile and young to be going through so much.

I hope you've gained enlightenment since this comment bc a mindset like that is why feral cats are so out of control and why kittens and cats alike die on the streets and in shelters due to over breeding and not enough people adopting. Keep that in mind. Always spay and neuter your cat.
