i recently was asked by my art students to show them how to needlefelt, so i put together a quick few classes of something simple. I am by no means an expert, but my creatures turned out ok so I agreed. this is an awesome video and has ideas I never thought of! Thankyou so much
Great compilation! I've been running workshops for more than 15 years and I always take some felting books that I have about the theme we'll be working on. Besides all the things you mentioned, I always take 2 big bags of wool (core, tops and carded) and lots of needles and needles holders to sell in the end! They love to choose the colors and take home to immediately start practicing 😉
@@FittobeLovedFelts 🥰 it's a long time 😁 but I always forget something 😅 Once I forgot to take pipe cleaners for the fairies' arms, so I had to improvise in that minute another way to teach the arms. Made the same mistake in a dragon workshop 🤦♀️ I have to learn with you the organization part! And never took plasters 😁 I only remember that detail when someone makes an hole in the finger 🤦♀️🩹
I really enjoy your videos and have gained a lot from them. Would you consider doing a video on photographing small needle felted animals? I think my little animals (4-12 inches) look ok, but my photographs really don't do them justice. Thanks.
