- So after getting to play Starfield finally, I wanted to do a video on my thoughts about it. I talk about Bethesda, Tod the Hot God Howard, Bethesda's previous games, there's some rap, talk about pinning comments, and I offer Bethesda the opportunity to hire me

i know alot of content creators worry about thumbnails, the algorithims and stuff, but thats too much for me. i just want to have fun, be silly, be goofy, hopefully someone somewhere laughs or enjoys some of it
Lol, it has more views than my whole channel, and I got bg3, arma 3 and sum ded space 3 with a friend, do whatever you wanna do, maybe present more gameplay inside the review, i really liked the commentaries he had

I disagree on Outer Worlds. Not a single person I know played that game more than once, and even multiple Obsidian Shills (not saying this in a bad way) who are content creators only played the game once, and proceeded to not do another run through, even though they are known for doing multiple runs through games.
How they designed the game, you've essentially done everything you can on your first run. There's an illusion of choice, but your choices don't actually do anything. There's no consequence. For me I'd say it even struggles with what Starfield did in terms of the gameplay loop, which simply isn't there.
And I don't think it's Starfield clone, just that it suffers the same issues as it, and for all purposes what most modern games struggle with today.
you know what, i do agree with the no consequence part. you do sort of talk your way through or shoot your way through. i will say, as much as i did enjoy it, on PC im having the save game glitch which does make it hard for me to go back to it. i usually just speed run it anyways, but been a good couple months since i did go back and replay it

Ive enjoyed my time overall with starfield, but unfortunately due to the nature of the added space areas, its inherently a different game. I really like the gameplay, though, and the gunplay is significantly better than fallout 4.
Starfield is summarized to me in just a few words:
Boring and Lazy.
But to be fair most of BGS should have been fired after this game, lead writer especially.
Todd had very little involvement with Starfield, he was involved but the focus was the upcoming Indiana Jones game and it shows when he doesn`t know how to answer questions during interviews.
Keep in mind, the whole idea of Starfield is to create a singleplayer "live service", most of the effort was put into making the game easy to expand so they can sell you creation club content, or even better, make it so players make the content and BGS, charge money for it, while BGS makes a passive income out of this, that's why the campaign is so short and so boring, and that's why the Space Skyrim Shouts have a boring sparkly dust minigame in zero-G, that's why there's no substance to the gameplay or anything dynamic happening, it is the same procedurally generated encounters over and over. BGS is not your friend, it`s a terrible company that is doing the famous 2 steps forward one step back approach, they just sold a broken questline for $7, not only selling the content that is missing from the base game but that content is also broken.
Do you wanna see things get better? Stop talking about Starfield, and stop playing Starfield, when nobody cares about Starfield, that`s when it hurts, saying the game is bad won't fix anything, leave a bad review on Steam, uninstall the game, and move on with your life, go play other games. It`s a bit drastic, but players are the reason these companies get away with stuff like this, they are literally pissing on your values as a consumer, and you are just taking it.
i do actually want to do a video on my thoughts of current day bethesda. i dont really think you said anything i would disagree with, and it sucks becuase i grew up playing their games. and yes, they arent my friends, but it was nice when they really focused on quality games.
also, i did not know hot rod tod howard wasnt very involved with the game. im actually going to look into that some more. i know next to nothing about this games development except for microsoft delayed it for a year. even then i could be wrong.
it was hard for me to take BGS seriously after watching the preorder items debacle for FO76 and the whole release of that game. if what youre saying about toddy 2 hotty not being too involved with SF, i wonder if he had less involvement with FO76
