It is possible to think, and through already existing knowledge and understanding establish that, the human civilization has one structure, but the order (of such structure) as process fallowed gives always two very different results and as consequence a reality impression of two completely different civilization structures.
What is even more fascinating as a possibility, has to do with geography, if and when seen as a reverse order, giving the possibility of two different structures.
Once the geographic location is looked at, the possibility of two different structures as civilisations does not make sense, simply based on a undisputable fact of existence, indicating no clear distinctive border between the supposedly two different structures, as a physical or cultural one.
In fact one supposed different structure is right bang in the middle of a horizontal line, with the other supposed different structure on either side of the horizontal line, yet for some often known and more often unknown understanding through reason and logic, this very observable existence is completely ignored.
More to it, if and when in respect to the horizontal line allowing as the choice, a choice, a pattern of choices and combinations off, a uniform structure as in the case of a human civilization to be used in two different orders of process to fallow, a vertical line (in geographic terms) can make use of either order according to it's needs, yet one order is always chosen as the base foundation of any location, wether horizontally or vertically in geographic terms, and it is precisely this choice that will indicate to the prosperity but most importantly to what is understood as (independence or freedom) with and within anyone as a part of the structure including the very structure itself.
The structure, (in this case the human civilization) uses two order processes of fallowing with and within the same one structure, the processes do not relate to a concept of forward and backward, neither up or down, the processes of order fallowing have to do more with two very distinctive yet simultaneously very close concepts known and understood as (force/forces) and (make/making).
One structure order, as it's principal foundation uses (force/forces), with a much lower percentage of (make/making) in alternation.

With both cases the geographical terms as a location indicates to the choice use, or used.
The concepts of (force/forces) and (make/making) if and when in full honesty of being on a planet such as earth, are and can be used possibly in such a way...!
If and when (force/forces) are very diverse, with a wide range of degrees and levels of application, and often very distinguishable in and as change, wether that be in geographic terms, or human beings as a cultural application ....!
Then the foundation of the structure as a order of fallowing, is more often than not based and influenced on (force/forces).

This order of fallowing can be observed, learned and taught not just in geographic terms, but culture, tradition, science and religion.
This reflects very well the structure and it's foundation, and despite of what has been and is often known and understood, the actual general geographic areas that use (force/forces) as a foundation structure with (make/making) playing a secondary role, which can be referred in geographic terms as a horizontal line, are from (Levant) and westward, together from (Punjab) and eastward, in a very similar method.

In connection to this combination, locations in geographic terms as a vertical line to these areas, will and have used an alternating order structure of fallowing according to needs, but most importantly influenced by weather conditions.
What this means, is the fact that if and when (force/forces) in the form of deserts, plains, and mountain ranges, are very interconnect as a uniform and unified geographical feature, uninterrupted for very long distances, covering as a consequence many locations....!
Sooner or later the whole existence of such a geographical area becomes the undisputable predominant (force/forces) and because there is not much of effective change to support living, anyone living in such geographic terms, including the very structure of civilization order itself, has to use (make/making) as it's primary foundation of order fallowing, as it would make no sense, and simultaneously work best in a short or long term, to use any (force/forces) against what is already a very present being of (force/forces), meaning it is not logical to go against it, using in turn as much of (make/making) order primarily always, with a less secondary order of (force/forces).
On the other hand, if and when geographical features, in the form of mountain ranges, coasts, plains and rivers, with almost none existent deserts, are very distinguishable, often interrupted, covering short distances in a unified or uniform feature, giving a constant and instant change as information, even in terms of weather....!
Then sooner or later the whole existence of such a geographical area becomes the undisputable predominant (make/making), and because there is not an effective single constant (force/forces) in order to support living, anyone living in such geographic terms, including the very structure of civilization order itself, has to use the constantly changing (force/forces) as it's primary foundation of order fallowing, as it would make no sense, and work in short or long term, to use any (make/making) that is not based on the always constant changing (force/forces), meaning it is not logical to not go against it, using in turn as much of the instance and changing (force/forces) as a primary order, with a less secondary order of (make/making).
Which means, in one case there is a (make/making) of a bridge as a consequence of a single uniform and unified (force/forces), and in another case there is a (force/forces) of a bridge, as a consequence of a constant uniform and unified changing (make/making).
In connection to this understanding, a vertical line in geographic terms to the horizontal line can be understood why an alternating use between (force/forces) or (make/making) as a foundation structure of order fallowing is applied, conditioned often by weather features such as very long winters or very long constant raining season.

How does this manifest in a direct human being cultural structure....!?!?
In the case where if and when predominantly single uniform and unified geographical in terms features are uninterruptedly connected as long distances and undistinguishable (force/forces), sooner or later the cultural structure will act in the same way, while applying the (make/making) structure in more personal levels.
Meaning clothing design and quite often even the material, or colour, will be more of a general constant throughout the area, (unless on personal terms).
Name's or specific titles will be often substituted by generally applicable and accepted polite greetings, as uniform and unified terms (unless on personal terms).
Information such as birthdays, personal names, photos, images etc are always if and when none applicable, very very personal according to level's of contact.
The whole population in connection to a faith or religion, will also have a unified and uniform reference that is accepted in general by all, with specific references always applicable to much more personal levels contact (often related to concepts such as sheh, imam, dervish, sheikh, sahbi etc etc).
Language use will also often cover large distances and numbers as a general use (with specific usages applicable to more personal levels of contact).
Any census applied as a collection of information, will fallow this structure also, unless is related to materials and even there the general terms and the personal terms are always respected.
With the oldest example and very particular to such structure, known as haggling a price of a product, or transaction, pointing very clearly to a very strong general feature applied equally to anyone, unless anyone is part of a personal level of contact.
In the case where if and when constantly changing, interrupted as a connection with and within short distances, geographical in terms features, as very distinguishable (force/forces), sooner or later the cultural structure will act in the same way, while applying the (make/making) in a more general structure.

The vertical line in connection to the horizontal line oddly enough fallows the same structure as an alternating changing method in relation to the horizontal line in a location terms connection.
(If pointing to two very specific and distinguishable locations, known as Egypt and Babylon as a counter argument, that pointing would be wrong, as it is the very existence of such locations, which prove the understanding and explanation put forward here.
Both cases, relate to very close connections of two very often changing river's, surrounded by desert in both sides.
Meaning the same structure applicable to the world, but on reverse order.)
If a most obvious (why) is applied at this understanding, the answer is connected with an ability to live in honest terms as a relation to anything and anyone on planet earth.
Because if and when in an area where the geographical in terms features are a constant very strong uniform and unified (force/forces) covering long distances.....!
Then anything or anyone else that is applying more (force/forces) than the actual existence right there and then, will be straight away understood as not being right.
