This is the first set I’ve bought since I was a kid in the 90s. All I want is the starter full arts to frame and put in my office haha. Feel like I’m a kid again.

Being a newbie, it's so cool to see the Gen 1 in a modern set. I can certainly see where the nostalgia comes in for the OG collectors.

If 151 is selling out this well in Japan, just imagine what will happen once the Western Audience gets their hands on the English print. I’m very hyped
The English print likely won't be as good. Texturing is usually not a cool on English cards and I'm not sure if they'll do the same kinds thing with the master ball reverse. If they just do the S&V reverse then that'll big a big negative
I think Crown Zenith performs better down the line
i think its kinda retarded they wont release it in a full booster box. instead they make it in a holiday version. the packs are way too expensive, and pokemon are getting greedy

I just got started in Pokémon. Just love the level of enthusiasm in your videos! Keep them coming. And this set looks simply gorgeous.
I like that the connecting card arts are made up of one evolution line instead of a bunch of different Pokémon like in the crown zenith gallery. It gives the cards a more cohesive feel
everyone needs to send a letter to Pokemon US. "Get ready. Print more." this set gonna be a third revival for Pokemon. 🤣
