100 agree. I think most people commenting about the engineers like me are more referring to how every instrument and vocal are heard in a balanced way. It’s not meant to say they are manipulating anything; in fact that’s the beauty of of this venue. It’s all the way LIVE. But engineers do a great job helping us hear everything perfectly.
@@stevenlin7487 Well sure, I mean he's definitely rehearsed. All those artists are. It's unplugged in the way it sounds but not loose like a spontaneous jam session. And whenever he has the Tennessee Kids behind him, because it's a lot of people, it definitely feels like more production instead of looser and uncut. It's unplugged for what he does.
They did it VERY similar to the way they did it on the 20/20 Experience Tour, I bet someone has video of it. Unfortunately mine was copyright hit but it was an incredible show.

J.T. makes it look effortless & it sounds like he's on the radio but I've grown a huge respect to the artists who sing their songs differently especially after so long.

My cousin Kevin on them horns so proud of you bro.
Represent!! So good…
He's killin it, forreal
He's killing it sir! Mad props
Tell Kevin I said I really appreciate the skill on the horns! Sincerely one of my favourite sounds in this
Go cousin Kevin 🙌
This is one of the flyiest tiny desk performers. I need more of his performance.
🇧🇷🇰🇷
⁰ppp⁰ppp
I am convinced that it is one of the concerts that he has enjoyed the most in his life.
It's all about love, and it seems like your eyes can see that...
Justin next level. Saw him at the o2 and honestly won’t deny how highly I now rate him. I’ve become an absolute Stan
So many people tell me his live performances are something amazing. I have a special relationship with him. because I started learning English listening to his songs with Nsync and when he went solo. My interest did fizzle a lil bit due some controversies he was in. But I can still appreciate him
You can say what you want but this man has one of the most elite, unparalleled and undisputed discographies of all time. This was PREMIUM QUALITY and a TOTAL VIBE
USHER #1
@@chearmstrong6616comparison is the thief of joy. They both elite
@@jam3152THIS!
Idk about that. His popularity kinda waned after 2014.
Oh i read the post wrong....one of the elite......thought you was #1 of the elite....he is definitely not
Justin sounds better than ever and the musicians are incredible.
His band is incredible.
MTV unplugged for this man please. What a fantastic performance !
This basically is the new MTV Unplugged lol
This is unplugged
Why heck is mtv unplugged you old head
Does MTV still play music?! 🤔
@@destineerox123LOL thats so true
Justin understands the importance of great band behind you because they make you sound better
Feel like a I’m a teen in the early 2000s watching this again. MTV vibes. Timeless performance
Ok….I was NOT ready for the Tiny-Desk-Tiny-Megaphone version of Sexy Back…Holy freakin’ Cow!!! Phenomenal!
They went unruly on that 🔥😮💨
I was holleringggg
This is awesome
God dang, JT's vocals were on POINT here, and those back up singers are SO GOOD. This... I mean this should remind people why JT is a master of pop.
Master of the craft, absolutely; EVERY DETAIL so on point it’s gives you goosebumps LOL
The little megaphone is absolutely brilliant, just like this whole Tiny Desk session, JT, the musicians, backing vocals and sound engineers. One absolute wow! Can't stop listening. And if you ever feel depressed: just put on this video and the vibes will start making you feel better.
This has to be one of the BEST tiny desk concerts....everyone looked like they were having a blast...the back up singers to the musicians to JT were absolutely awesome
We gotta give JT his flowers for being a MUSICIAN!
no hyperbole, tiny desk makes me happy to be alive. music is my very favourite thing in life, and tiny desk showcases much of the very best of it- you cannot help but smile and just gawk in awe at the sheer talents displayed. one of the very best things ever to happen to the internet. thank you.
🇧🇷🇰🇷
love tiny desk
Amen!!
I couldn't agree more
Agree ! Thank you
He was having fun ..legend
His background singers are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The sheer level of musicianship here is insane. Adam Blackstone with Justin Timberlake is a match made in heaven.
Its a whole other level of vibe. Love
I didn’t even know he played instruments 😂
@@veronicawhitfield6008he’s a musician/producer lol he’s more than a pop star lol
Can we take a moment and acknowledge those back up vocals yesssss!!!
His face ,his eyes
How can he be so gorgeous after more than 20 years since I discovered him?
Okay, can we talk about how the backup singers are sooo good🥹✨
Good as Sam Smith's was
Absolutely!!!❤
The tenors 😭🤌🏾🔥🔥
Sooo good!!
Definitely
Yaaaaaaas!!!!! Who else is smiling? 😊😁 Wow! What a wonderful way to end the week. Hey y'all it's FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!! Cheers to the weekend!!!!! 🥂 Let's goooooooo!
Me right here😋
This is JT day!!
I completely forgot that I just pulled up dead tired at home from work😂😂, started booming this so loud on my system and danced smiling ear to ear💃
Ufff the besstttt
His new album dropped today!!! Now time for the concert!!!
A million times more enjoyable than a halftime show. Imagine if artists could display their talent like this on a big stage
playing quietly, with precision, no stadium resonances - perfect
I can't imagine it. I think the big stage demands a different kind of performance. I think a tiny desk show would feel awkward and small in a stadium.
He did do the Super Bowl before
Perfect ❤
@@kristennicolemann, infamously. Ask Janet. ☹️
The best tiny desk concert I’ve heard
Already listened through the album a few times, he wasn’t kidding when he said it was everything we’ve ever wanted
I thought the same thing!
Same !
Fourth'd! I'm so glad my mans is feeding us SO, so well! Bring on the *NSYNC reunion album next!!!
I love that everyone behind that desk looks like they are legitimately having a good time! What a great concert!
This is what separates the true talented singers from the ones enhanced by the studios! What a talented singer and great group.
Agree!!!
Must’ve watched this about 20 times now. Phenomenal. Everything working in such perfect harmony. It’s just something else 😍
This was outstanding. NPR sound engineers are unmatched. How I have my headphones on and hear everything. Every guitar lick. Every scratch of the turn tables. Every horn instrument. UNMATCHED!!! Y’all give lessons?
id give a kidney for a lesson from these guys
Josh Rogosin has some educational material in yt
thank u so much!@@rodrigomunozmarmolejo9337
Everyone talking about the engineers but this is the way he really sounds on his concerts.
I've always enjoyed Justin's unplugged vibes. His voice has got fuller and richer with age and time. He did a great job on this.
love the set but is it really unplugged?? lol dude had a whole concert production at tiny desk
There it is! That is what this series reminds me of-Unplugged.
It's unplugged for what he does.
agreed! can't wait to check out his new show!@@talon3684
This version of sexy back needs to be released.
They did it VERY similar to the way they did it on the 20/20 Experience Tour, I bet someone has video of it. Unfortunately mine was copyright hit but it was an incredible show.
!!!! It was so good, so fun
@@sniklaceladelyk I think netflix has a 20/20 Experience Tour you can stream
He knows how to bring the vibe 🎉
Mate...its proper got me going at my desk.
Chair dancing hard
One of the greatest songwriters I know... ❣❣
This is one of the GOAT desk concerts.... That band and that Timberlake... What a combination
This is one of the best tiny desks ever hands down... This performance REALLY blends the evolution of his music throughout the years and adding an Even newer take REALLY showcasing the talent of the Tennessee kids and their chemistry from all these years performing together
Still the greatest neptunes written songs of alltime were that first album! Originally written for Michael Jackson and turned them down! Imagine the different path that would have happened
The band and the back up singers are EVERYTHING. They define talent.
I've come back and watched this 5 times this week. It's SO GOOD.
That acoustic version of “What comes around!!” Wow!!! Need the whole song
true
When?
You can look up to his 20/20 experience tour. He debuted the acoustic ver. of What goes around there
Where can I find this version ??
t r u e
J.T. makes it look effortless & it sounds like he's on the radio but I've grown a huge respect to the artists who sing their songs differently especially after so long.
It's insane
The greats know that know matter how big you get, no matter how long you're in the business, you still have to practice and regards together constantly. It's evident he knows this.
