This has to be the best 6" figure playmates has put out the articulation is just👌and that smooooooooth tale is just perfect in every way possible definitely a must have figure for collectors

I think the poor Goji-ticulation is due to those Godzilla molds not being wholly PM's works. But I could be wrong. But, I do honestly hope future GvKGoji iterations from PM feature at least a little bit more than what was given thus far, you're not alone!

I’ll admit I think some of the plating and details could have been more simplified because all those details make the design look really busy, but I love the silhouette. I’m also really surprised at how poseable this guy is. All in all I love this design and the figure is surprisingly nice. I wonder why they made this figure so poseable yet Godzilla gets the shaft on that department. Are you gonna review the 10 inch version too?
I’ve heard about the Monsterarts version of this figure, can’t wait! Let’s hope it’s the same price as the other GvK figures. Meanwhile, I’ll get this figure!
If Mechagoji had enough screentime in the movie or if he ever appears, I speculate that his origins are the same as the original where they used Goji's bones; in GvK, the Goji skeleton from 2014 Godzilla (it was revealed it was Dagon in the KOTM prelude comics) got excavated and then used as the base for Mechagoji.

A NECA figure would have been sick. They made good affordable figures for a lower budget, way better than Playmates figures. Monster Arts are already making one and its like $140 but it looks really good

Seriously though, I wish this was actually a surprise we see in the movie because it would have probably blown my mind. I know we were all unsure at first about MG being in the film (some of the fanbase still is), but think about it, if we had the context of what we see in the trailer before knowing that information, then the reveal at the end with MG would have made us all go nuts! The MonsterVerse is meant to have reaction moments like G14's Atomic Breath and the Kiss of Death, Kong: Skull Island was pretty violent so it had really shocking moments, you had Burning G in KOTM, and now MG in GvK. It just sucks that the last two big moments were spoiled long before the films were out. 😕
Yeah man, damn things become the crowned jewel of the Playmates GvK line. And It's rather annoying... don't even want to think what's gonna happen with It's apparent Variant on the way.
Can you guys please not put spoilers for the movie in the title of the video AND in the thumbnail- you can't begin to realize how hard it is to avoid spoiling the movie when stuff like this randomly pops into your feed. Otherwise, nice review!
