Oblivion Music and Amience, Door to the Shivering Isles

After entering the Shivering Isles and leaving the room made of butterflies, one emerges into the Fringe, a walled off border area of the realm. Not part of either Mania or Dementia, it can have weather from both, though the wildlife is unmistakeably that of Dementia.
