Namaste🙏🏻 everyone Did you say goodbye to 2022 well? I wish you all happiness in 2023✨ I came back to India after a vacation in Korea The India adaptation Vlog will continue in the new year Thank you💘
The best Indian restaurant food I have had outside India was in Shanghai in 2010. The restaurant was owned and run by a Japanese Chef and his chinese wife, with all the assistant chefs who were chinese. The second best Indian food can be found in US but you need to know where to go and when to go for authentic Indian food and it may not always be a traditional Indian restaurant every day of the week.
Loved the vlog. You sounded like every indian mother travelling abroad, tasting food and checking prices and declaring everything not upto the mark and inauthentic 😂 The nan wrapped with fresh leaves filling is some sort of an indo Korean fusion food... The color changing refrigerators were amazing. ❤
Had dinner here, few years back when I had visited Korea. The most authentic and good food I found in Changwan - a restaurant called Punjab. If you can, please try the cuisine there, the rates are also reasonable compared to here.
Indian food is the major missing thing for us Indians living abroad. I could feel you when you said 'taste not at all like we had in India'. Happy New Year to you and your family.
Seeing you being disappointed over them serving just North indian food (naan and chicken) is bringing tears to my eyes 😢. You are seeing Indian food beyond butter chicken and naan. Hope many Korean watch this video and try different india food. And Happy new year 😊
@Ankit - Suggest one hotel in Seoul for different Indian food since your eyes are full of tears. Koreans are 100% non-vegetarian and they even do not understand the term "vegetarian". Among vegetables, You will find peeled raw garlic, radish served as side dishes in Korean food like how we have various pickles & papad or raita. After Butter Chicken or Tandoori chicken, the only veg dish they like is Palak Paneer because most of them mistake Paneer to be Tofu. In India, there aren't just 10s or 100s but 1000s of variety of vegetarian dishes. But when they come to India, they choose only chicken & naan in the restaurant. Hence, Mr.Crying Eyes, no hotel would want to go in losses when there are no takers of variety of food in Korea. By the way, try eating a full dish of Cabbage or Raddish kimchi....... You can order that on Zomato or Swiggy.
I been to Seoul so was in Myeongdong area and visited DMZ, Cheongdong Palace, Seoraksan , shopping, walks, city tours, ate bibinbap, and did other things…you’re so right that if you have a habit of eating Indian food that you miss it a lot.
Lassi, Buttermilk with added substances can be made easily at home with the help of TH-cam 😊. Some of ready stalls on roadside are really good Tandoori Roti Rumali Roti, different types of Paratha, Chole Kulche Famous in Delhi.
LoL can't compare to Indian food in India! Same here in States. But it is a good introduction to Indian food for Koreans who haven't tried it before, The presentation was very good though
I saw a strange thing in hotel industry they change the original food recipes and taste according to the country. That's why outside India they don't eat actual Indian foods they eat carbon copy of Indian food which is looks similar but tasteless.
I went to this agra restaurant and as indian i didn't liked the food but if u want good food in seoul definitely go to taj taste of india in myeongdong the food is amazing owner is so sweet i hope you try there food
I have been ur subscriber since u were around 500 subs I have always watched ur vlogs the day u upload and was waiting for the new one , I love watching ur vlogs ur my fav youtuber ❤️, looking for more
Ohh i really felt glad when you said to meet in India because i thought you will not come to India now but i am releived now ,I really like your vlogs in India (since i am Indian) and korea as well but for few days😁😁 please make a vlog in India soonnnnn......🤗🤗
Well the cost seems ok as this can be compared to eating in a restaurant in five star in India, but menu can be expanded massively especially add atleast North Indians starters and snacks, not everyone would love eating main courses. South Indian food is a must in Indian restaurant in South Korea, Koreans would love low oil, low spice but tasty South Indian food.
I hope you will explore more in India.. its cold these days so you can travel more since the heat is too much for you in summer months.. go to Kerala ... Its a bful place
I feel the same, I found a great indian restaurant in Australia where I live, loved it for along time until I worked at one and got feed every night I worked, best butter chicken I and my husband has ever had. Ruined that restaurant for me after I stopped working for the other one 😢. Gotta find a new or just keep cooking it the way my husband loves it😂
This is exactly what happened when I was in America and my Chinese roomates talked a lot about an Indian restaurant and said how they loved the food there, so we decided to go there and I liked nothing there, I didn't get why they liked the food in that restaurant
You will get water free in India even if you are in a desert. A thirsty person must be served water. It is one of the core principles of Indians. Indians share water even when their is scarcity of water. Even high end restaurants in India will not charge you for water. At least they will have an option get the free one or a chargeable bottled or some other kind of water.
Happy New Year to you guys 🥳 See.. now that you've lived in India, you know that Indian food is much more than just "curry". Btw does your husband helps you out with the video editing? or you do it all by yourself?! 🤔
16:01 i have tried India food outside India, it isn’t the same, close but not same, that is the reason people usually don’t know much anout the cuisines, but how is the restaurant? Is it always full with people?
Lak Hui Chemical Industrial Corp. (later Lucky Chemical Corp) merged with GoldStar Co. Ltd, (both South Korean Companies), to form Lucky-Goldstar in 1983, till 1995. Later it was known as LG Corporation. LG was involved in Vishakhapatnam gas leak (India) and Seosan plant explosion (Korea), both in 2020.
Mostly Japanese and Korean think Indian food as curry only, if they surved as palak paneer, kadi chicken, mutton korma, biryani, sambar , they won't understand
If Annapurna Curry House serves this kind of food, it is understandable. However, I am shocked to see a fine dining Indian restaurant that too in Lotte Tower serving such crap. No Biryani, no chaats, no firnis or halwas, no proper tandoori food. With chaats you can create artistically crafted fine dining meals. Seoul desperately needs Gaggan Anand, Atul Kochhar or Manish Mehrotra.
The food is adjusted to most Korean preferred so can't be compare with original Indian dishes...🙂 Note: most of them run by Indian owners but some of them run by Pakistanis because they ( Pakistan) use our names to get people and if the taste is awfully bad then it's goes to India's name not Pakistan. It's really bad they ruined our reputation & food in foreign lands like USA & Spain & many more countries.😠 But as a foreigner you can't differentiate as we do.😅
It's actually true ... I went to Phillipines i ate indian food there .. I was very different and bad .. I was disappointed my phillipino gf family liked it ..but they don't know indian taste ... They missed a lot .... Evryone should come to India to indian food .. than u won't b able to eat Indian food in ur own country it's true.

According to a recent survey Indian cuisine is 5th best in the entire world.
Paneer butter masala rocks in whole world
