Google TOS: "it is important to note that offering incentives for customers to leave reviews, such as a discount or gift, is strictly against Google policy and can result in the business losing all of their reviews"
This is illegal LOL, as others said, don't trust your business with kids.

Yes, this could get their GMB shutdown for good. Google cracks down hard on this. AI will start flagging these even more I think in the future, not worth it. Can do irreparable damage to a local business.

This is sick. This is the actual correct way of using GHL. Instead of trying to sell businesses an extremely overcomplicated and ultra-complex full-stack version of GHL packed with 45 different services for clients... which just ends up overwhelming clients and causing high churn... instead of that, you just pick ONE of GHL's functions and then sell that ONE function.
Built it well like Clay did, with a solid system that actually works, and you'll have raving fans and 0 churn. Brilliant model and drastically simpler to set up than SMMA.

Most people dont have the patience to run something like this and want to swing for home runs. Low ticket, and needs time to build up client base. But its much less work than an SMMA.

Hi Thomas. I've been doing database reactivation with GHL and when sending hundreds of SMS the price is pretty high in my case. For 2.5k SMS I paid almost 500$. I am really curious, how much does Clay pay for the database reactivation, and if there is a cheaper way to do that.

    Does it Violate the Guidelines?
    • If the offer is made conditional on leaving a positive review or if the incentive is not disclosed in the review, it would violate FTC guidelines.
    • If the customer is free to leave any kind of review (positive, neutral, or negative) and the incentive is disclosed, it is okay 👍 🆗 .
