Inazuma: Nation with the least freedom, has been closed off for the last 400 Years or so (Stated in Sakoku Decree) and takes elemental powers away from the citizens (Stated in Vision Hunt Decree). The Electro Archon (Goddess of Lightning) has full authority of the nation and forces it to be in a state of primitive civilization, as she believes Eternity and Never Changing will keep her country safe.
