Maybe the entire background vocals were pre-recorded with House Of Grace choir or just the baritones were recorded in the studio & edited on this recording. Mthunzi Namba did this on a song he performed with Khaya Mthethwa, it's quite clear on the song some parts were edited with studio recorded adlibs.
