I literally cried listening and watching this song. To think of the fact that Prophet Neyi kept worshipping God in Spirit and Truth despite the ailment/his chronic condition. He wore the gloves to cover the skin condition but continued to Worship and be a vessel of honour. I am challenged by his ministry and today i refuse to be limited by any negative situations around me which might distract me from running my God given race. I press on towards the mark forthe prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. You left a legacy Pastor Prophet Neyi.
Me too he has redefined ministry for me ,its not about me but for the people God has called me to minister i refuse to let excuses get my way,i can't imagine with his condition he served God until his last minute he could have chosen to focus on his condition

I have watched this prayer/worship countless times in tears each time. Yet, I can't help but be thankful for the life of Pst Neyi Zimu no matter how brief. Though it's painful that you are gone, I am thankful that your ministry helped me to find my way back to Christ especially when I was in doubt. I remember "Healing in his Presence" in 2012 when you joined the SOP team. It's unbelievable today that you humbly served as a backup singer (watch Thel'umoya) even though your songs headlined that Project. Your humility and genuine love for God was radiant and infectious. The anointing of God upon you filled the atmosphere whenever you stepped on the stage. So powerful even non-South African like me experience the presence of God without understanding the language. This song brought me to tears, i cant start to imagine what Pastor Neyi was going through as he was performing this dong, i was brought to tears just seeing him worship in that manner, i felt this worship, felt that plea he was making. We go through situation in our lives that make as make the same plea and God remembers us, no words can be enough to thank God for all He has done for us and keeps on doing in our lives. Indeed Pastor Neyi left a legacy a mark in our hearts that no matter what the situations in our lives we must never stop praising Him, we must never look at the situations we are facing but look up to the hills where our help cometh from. This song will forever be playing in my mind and in my heart. Siyabonga Babe Neyi, this is beyong powerful, ngimi lotitfobako Khetsiwe
When the world is going through this disease... Oh we look up to you Lord, we need you Lord to come over to heal our land, heal all diseases. The more I listen to Pastor Neyi sing, the more I feel the pain. But I cannot stop listening to him. I wish to stop but I cannot. I still cannot believe he is gone but whatever happens we still trust in God for the best. RIP Pastor, you will forever remain in our hearts. I am Ghanaian, I wish I could sing in your language but I can't. However, I feel you are talking about God and to God anytime you sing. RIP
No you are not alone.... what amazes me is that even in that chronic state he continued to praise and worship God in the public...... even when it was showing on his face, he didn't let shame win, he didn't let the devil win, he chose worshiping the King of Kings and ministering to us.... I feel ashamed that I have life and these gifts and yet I somehow find an excuse not to use them as I should.... thank God for Neyi Zimu... the devil thought he won but even the death of Neyi is bringing about positive inpacts....
I'm also Ghanaian and I've learnt to sing each of the songs of spirit of praise. Now I sing SA songs more than GH songs. Rest in Peace my role model Prophet Neyi Zimu

The gentleman with the gloves and leather jacket was Pastor Neyi Zimu. He was at this time ill with Mycosis Fungoides, a form of skin cancer (he may have been between stage 3 or 4 by the time of this live show). He was going through chemo yet was here praising God. The songs lyrics roughly translated mean Yehla Nkosi (Come down Lord) Kunesimo esingaphezu kwamandla ami (I'm in a situation that requires your Divine Intervention) So yeah, watch him and Pastor Omega at the end. You can tell the raw emotion.....☹️☹️

He could not just give up on Jesus despite the pain he was going through. He endured & gave his best till the end.He ran his race & it's heartbreaking he is gone but has left a big challenge for us; what shall separate us fro God's love? 😭😭😭

I just stumbled upon your songs on this random channel on a Sunday and listened you singing Jehovah Ritsephile, by then l didnt know your name or the title of the song but l googled it until l found it a couple of months later. You really spoke to me in that song. It pains me to know that you are gone, departed from earth to our heavenly home. May you continue to Rest in POWER baba, we might not be together with you physically but we remain united in the spirit of worship and continue finding strength in your work. Each time l go like may God wanted him home cos there's nothing He cannot do. We console ourselves with his songs which makes him still live on with us

I've never had to repeat a video continuously on TH-cam like I did this one. I'm certainly reminded of Jesus' honest Love towards me. I was at work when I first streamed this video and the world around me, all of a sudden, just disappeared. I was sooo teary 😭 I just wanted to pack my belongings, leave work and come home and just Worship my Heavenly Father non stop.. Almighty God, help us to turn our hearts to You and not be lovers of things of the world anymore 🙌😭
😭😭😭😭 Blessed and revived. Thank you Jesus
Well said Masego- He’s worthy 🕎✝️💓

Ann Mwau It’s Sad to get this. Since Jana when I got to know of it. May the Lord Rest Pst Neyi Zimu in Peace.
The Song Archives will remain in our hearts. I love His songs, from Kenya we Join with South Africa to mourn this Great Minister
Rest in peace Man of God.. May the Almighty God comfort your family, church and your fans... I feel when you sang this song you were having a meaning.. And he was prophesying to me with this song
@@lewiskimathi1720 , amen we are mourning together, we are all the Children of the Most High God

He did not lose the battle, he was called for a greater assignment after his mission was done here on earth. God knows that Neyi's legacy will live on in good hands

I've realized something that even in our pain He is there. Ps Neyi had great faith in God.
So faith compels someone to do the impossible....

It's so sad that the man of God
has left us so soon, but our God is Ever Faithful. May His Soul Rest In Peace From Kenya
RIP
Mee too... since I found out a few hours ago.... I've been playing his video.... 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I thought I was the only one in this situation. I kept stopping but I can't upto now
No you are not alone.... what amazes me is that even in that chronic state he continued to praise and worship God in the public...... even when it was showing on his face, he didn't let shame win, he didn't let the devil win, he chose worshiping the King of Kings and ministering to us.... I feel ashamed that I have life and these gifts and yet I somehow find an excuse not to use them as I should.... thank God for Neyi Zimu... the devil thought he won but even the death of Neyi is bringing about positive inpacts....
Me just cry even now when listen to him he just fulfill my soul every day
I'm also Ghanaian and I've learnt to sing each of the songs of spirit of praise. Now I sing SA songs more than GH songs. Rest in Peace my role model Prophet Neyi Zimu

God bless South Africa. Your country’s gospel music is extremely prophetic, whether you understand the language or not, it’s as though angels are translating it to your spirit. You are very blessed people! Love from 🇺🇸
i really love their music these ppl can truly worship God.i can play this music all day even tho i dont some off what they are saying.but the spirit is upon them.
The gentleman with the gloves and leather jacket was Pastor Neyi Zimu. He was at this time ill with Mycosis Fungoides, a form of skin cancer (he may have been between stage 3 or 4 by the time of this live show). He was going through chemo yet was here praising God. The songs lyrics roughly translated mean
Yehla Nkosi (Come down Lord)
Kunesimo esingaphezu kwamandla ami (I'm in a situation that requires your Divine Intervention)
So yeah, watch him and Pastor Omega at the end. You can tell the raw emotion.....☹️☹️

His love for Christ is proof that nothing should ever separate us from the love of Christ; be it sickness, pain, sorrow, joy or whatever it maybe. This is a challenge to all of us.Pastor Neyi laboured in the vineyard of Christ even when he was told by the doctors that he had little time to live on earth. He could not just give up on Jesus despite the pain he was going through. He endured & gave his best till the end.He ran his race & it's heartbreaking he is gone but has left a big challenge for us; what shall separate us fro God's love? 😭😭😭

Pastor Neyi, l remember the day l had my first encounter with your ministerial work.
