You need an intervention from an organized mother 😊. You need stacked empty tubs at all times. You need business cards in your pocket at all times. You need to put good stuff in the more front area into the tubs. And junk and large in the further back.
Might be beneficial for you to keep a jacket ,pair of sock and dry shoes in the van for Inclement weather....Glad you were able to give them your card....time to fill your holder....
Just saying, taking some of the hundreds of bins you have and sorting as you go about the day may take a small amount of time but will keep you organized and save time unloading, sorting, and triaging.

You might consider taking along folded cardboard boxes so your stuff doesn't get thrown all over the place and unfold them when needed. They will also cushion your van from getting damaged. Enjoy treasure hunting with you.
I live in a 55 and over community, the most common reason a house is sold is because the owner died! You won't not believe t y e stuff I have picked of the street in the past ten years!antiques to vintage to brand new! People just don't want to be bothered taking the stuff! Score! Mower probably works- they probably just don't wanna sharpen the blade or replace the battery. I have a small flat yard and they last forever if you don't leave it out in the elements or the batteries on the charger. Batteries aren't cheap.

I believe the clear plastic lids went with the cash drawers. Wish you had tried them. Glad you picked them up. They are good for home schoolers, but when I was kid (not home schooled) my folks got me things like that as a learning toy. Grab a loaf of bread and some canned goods, set up a little store and let Mom and Dad shop from me. Fun! And I learned how to count back change without depending on a calculator or automatic cash register. Now when the power goes out and the battery runs out, the poor kids can't add. Sad.
You could use the little lawn mover as a trim around the front of your house. My brother has a big yard, he drives a big john deer, and he has his youngest son uses the small lawn mower uses as a trim around .

Hey there TS, hey before you scrap those black metal word signs, please think about taking them to the Flea market , they sell at Hobby Lobby for a lot of money and there are alot of women that look at them at Hobby and said if they see. Them some place else for cheaper they would absolutely buy them even if they were scraped because they can be re painted, and I over heard one lady say this spring check at flea markets you could get a whole set for a lot less then You would here at HB.Another heads up on are wreaths, if you take off the ornaments and make them plain I know people that look for plain wreaths and make their own style , sometimes people see all of that stuff on and they may not want to buy it and be stuck with all of those decorations that isn't their taste and pass by and then You could lose a sale. When you do go to the flea market for selling maybe group craft supplies together , some people would buy in bulk because craft supplies are so expensive and it is hard to make any profit these days. I knew of a floral shop that would go to flea markets to buy supplies to help then out because of the prices of supplies. Just a few suggestions.
Yes! Anykind of signs sell well at flea markets especially metal all kinds of sayings & pictures of things on them sold bunches of metal especially lots of them sell quick! Lots of collectors for those that scurry around flea markets!
Sometimes just knowing that you have someone who is willing to come take stuff away helps. I find homeless people when I need help for the day. You never know. I would have given them my card as well.
Those are some large homes. It also amazes me, how seasonal items get thrown away and people buy more every holiday season. I will say 2022 had beautiful ornaments and holiday decorations and home decor, so people just seem to made up for the time, when we had the Pandemic.
I am currently in Las Vegas and it is freezing. I say freezing, but it’s twice the temperature of that come up in Washington state. Plus they got 3 inches of snow yesterday. It’s definitely 15° cooler this year than last year when we were here.
If you don’t take everything, why would they call? I’d be like ooh la la, let me park my van closer lol. Joke around and tell them to just put everything in your van. I think you get embarrassed or shy, joking around helps you get over that. But yes, nice haul to pay for your day. 🤗

Also people leave things in attics & totally forget things from their kids etc when they move out! If a rental house people move in & out year to year stuff remains in attic! Sometimes card collections & coin collections left up there with antiques seen it all!

come on Taco - you really should pack better. You have so many containers, keep some in your van and use them for all the loose bits,
Tip pack the heavy stuff to the back. Put bins in the front. That would help to prevent the lighter stuff from rolling

I have an exercise bike just like the one you picked up and I still use it! It's not an elliptical, but it gets the job done!
Use PRESS AND SEAL over those money trays, it will make travel to the flea market easier
