If Pirates can’t get better relief pitching…they’re in trouble. Feels like after the starter is chased, you have to hold on for dear life. No lead is safe.
No lead is safe because of the way they play the field. Worst fielding team in the Majors. Conner Joe on bench makes no sense. Manager is in over his head and needs to go.
You really typed this all out like it was the pitcher’s fault Triolo missed a double play and Cruz missed another one immediately after that. Fleming should’ve given up a solo home run and left us with a 4 run lead.

I think if the brewers send Perkins in the second- he scores and it changes everything in this game.
I like both these teams, seemed like a great game to watch, was impressed with both offenses, the bats were alive for sure

I think Keller was more so lucky the line drives smashed to the outfield were all straight to the right fielder as opposed to having made "big pitches", announcer.
Impressive hit by Hoskins on that very outside pitch. Hope he's okay. He's a guy I respect as an opposing fan.

Brewer pitching failed. This kind of runaway game should not happen at this point.
Their pitching is decimated by injuries and they must not have anyone in AAA they trust cuz they just keep rolling out the same medicocre starters and bullpen guys. Their bats are doing great but something needs to change and quick with their unreliable pitching. Teams like cardinals and pirates shelling them all of a sudden.
