When we were kids my family used pillow cases that were personalised with our names as our stockings.

Yes, all of the sensory things are so much fun! I HIGHLY recommend the Foam Alive! I think it's even more fun than the kinetic sand.

The jewelry is so cute. We put different things in our stocking from toys to food. We even have stockings for our pets and they get fun little items too..
We don't do food in our kids' stockings but my grandparents always used to put an orange in the "toe" of our stockings and I've never forgotten that. :)

Great ideas as always. Where does your daughter play with the dig them up gifts? They look like fun but could get messy in the house. My daughter would love them but I'm not sure about how to best handle the mess.
I put them on a cookie sheet at the kitchen table and when she's done I just dump all of the dust in the trash. If it's warm, you could always do them outside, too.

I actually have gotten my girls a few of the putty scents for their stockings! My almost 4 yr old and my 7 yr old play with putty for HOURS & I love it because it’s not electronics and it’s simple easy fun! Of course it’s thanks to you so thank you so much for amazing ideas as always!

Great video! My girls are 7 and 10, so I always love seeing what you are getting for your younger daughter for ideas for my babes! I love doing Christmas stockings for my family. We don't do much in the way of candy, although this year I think there may be a few Harry Potter sweets in there for them. Instead we focus on small crafts (the kind they can do on their own while waiting for the rest of the family to arrive), cute socks, jewelry, card games, etc.
I love giving crafts as gifts, too. In our house, they get a lot more use than most toys would!

For my daughters birthday we did oyster openings. I ordered oysters and necklace cages on Amazon. Each girl got to open them and put them in the necklaces they chose. It was one of their favorite things from the party.

great video. some great ideas :) have you thought about doing a stocking stuffer video for husbands? im deffinatly needing all the help i can get. my husband is diabetic so its even harder to fill a stocking for him. also he doesnt want any socks he gets nothing but socks for christmas because he is diabetic and it makes him a little sad because they dont really think about what he would like he just gets plain socks :( i deffinalty do need to get some putty for my kids. im wondering if those on3s are sold in the uk too
I need help in that department, too! My husband is SO HARD to shop for because he never wants anything practical and most of what he asks for is very specific like things for gaming or roller skating. lol Pretty much anything a 14 year old boy would want! lol

A Place to Nest yes! We each got one! We paid about $16 each plus we each got a necklace to put it in (one of the simplest and least expensive ones. We spent just shy of $40 each I believe). We saw the crowds but asked and most were just watching so we only had two ladies in front of us

How were the spa scented putties? Trying to decide if my daughter would like them.
Some of them smell better than others but for me, the food scented ones are the best.

15 isn't the right amount for everybody. We might give less gifts than you do and everybody has a different budget. I don't always give 15 either. It varies each year based on things I find that I think they will like and use but definitely only give what you feel comfortable doing. :)

No, I know you aren't being rude. I like to wrap them so they can shake them leading up to Christmas. Plus, I think it's more fun to unwrap things so I like to wrap everything, even stocking stuffers.
