You truly inspire me to live every single day to be a better version of myself. To be open, accepting, free from judgment and bias. To give what little I have left just to see a smile on someone’s face whose spent so long a fly on the wall to the wealthy passerby. Yes Theory, Seek Discomfort, the whole community you’ve created and brought together are what society needs. Cape less heroes, every single one of you.

I’ll start with a question, and the person who comments under me answers it, then leaves another question for the next person. So, here we go: If you could have lunch with one person from history, who would it be and why?
Sir David Attenborough - because he is a fantastically knowledgeable and kind-hearted human being!
If you could be any animal for a day, what would you choose and why?
Uhh, I love this. I was eating an avocado toast and just dropped it to answer 😅
So, I will not overthink it and answer the first thing that came to my mind: Freddie Mercury. I was a musician for more than 10 years and I'm really passionate about music. I think he is the greatest singer to ever set foot on this planet and his life history is heavy, so I just think that it would be so cool to spend an evening listening to music with him and learning from him. Plus, hearing him singing in person is something I will never get to experience so to have that experience would be everything.
Next question: what was the hardest decision you ever had to make?
Hardest decision was definitely if I should move to Norway for work and leave England or not. Now lived in Norway 2 years and loved it. Next question where do you want to travel to most?
@@vitoriafontora2893 hey I read you ate an avocado toast so obviously I had to respond 🤤 I'm still relatively young and have been lucky enough in my life to not make incredibly hard decisions. But I there is something that is and was really hard for me is to let go of painful which are past experiences. I live in a relatively small neighbourhood. Where I've grown up knowing most of these people. In my country middle school and elementary school are combined. That meant I spent 8 years of my life everyday with the same people. I felt like I could not connect with the rest since I had a hard time speaking the main language (I was raised bilingual) but nowadays I've finally made friends who I feel like really understand me. Even though painful experiences as a child can have deeply and effect on someone. That shouldn't mean it should shape you into the person you will be/are. I was blessed enough to have enough strength to keep going everyday and stand up for the things I find important. And not give myself in with the bullying. My next question for the person reading this: what do you admire about the person you look up to the most and why?
Probably deciding whether to keep a friend I have had for a few years in my life after something they did to my family that was really terrible. We are no longer best friends as we used to be, but we are acquaintances. Question: if you had to describe yourself as a color, what color would it be and why?
I'm from philippines 🇵🇭 and currently suffering depression really hard.. Every seek discomfort videos makes me feel calm and very happy with all the good deeds you are doing.. More powers to Seek Discomfort Team ❤

Ugh the amount of love I have for what you guys do everyday is immense.
Since covid started, Yes Theory helped me so much in expanding my views on world, people, etc. And listening to their podcasts on my way to college, made me feel so grateful to have found early. I makes me think how strong-willed they must have been to build a community like this with! You guys literally shaped my most important teen life and i'm truly truly glad u guys did!!!!
I stumbled upon Seek Discomfort and Yes Theory a month ago and I am just smitten with the passion of these people to conquer fears, challenge themselves to be outgoing, their growth and maturity and their genuine love for people. It's just something beautiful to witness.

This is amazing for me as an introvert because I've never went out of my comfort zone ever since I was born but watching these videos inspires me a lot to do things I've never done before but due to some circumstances I cannot right now but I hope in the future I could do so.

This whole channel is just.. wow. It's nice to meet new people, but crippling anxiety stops it.
I remember when Ammar couldn't talk to a single person, now he's just old-hat at it and can talk to anyone.
There's a lot of prejudice about American people. But what I saw, made me cry. You guys are so open and genuine! I loved the girl who got clean after drugs and alcohol, other participants were also lovely. I never wanted to visit the US, but now I'm eager to come to meet these wonderful people! I wish happiness to all of you!
That's the problem now.
We have so many things giving us their opinions and painting pictures of what Americans or any other culture of people that are PLAIN WRONG.
Why?
Because their energy attracts their projection or expectation back at them. Like attracts like.
Go out into the world and see for yourself with an open mind and an open heart the miracles and synchronicity the opportunities and experiences that you cannot imagine will come to you that will blow away all of those limited, narrow-minded negative, toxic ideas, beliefs and judgements out there.
