Thx for the info. that accent of yours is a trip, never heard a south African accent like that. Kinda reminds me of DiCaprio's in blood diamond. Really hear the African twang in it
Ah damn, I reckon that'd be annoying.. Well, south African homie.. if there's one thing I know in this world, it's that Leonardo DiCaprio based his entire character in blood diamond off you, and your accent. And there ain't no way I'ma be believing otherwise. -Stupid American blessings from Tokyo🙏
Thank you for your no-frills, straightforward video. I’m wondering, what’s the job market like in Cambodia for older English teachers? I’m 70, fit, anxious to travel, and a little bored here in the States. I have a TEFL certificate, Bachelor’s and Master’s, and experience teaching in South Korea. My age - that’s the thing. Would I be able to find work in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap? Any thoughts? Thanks.
Its a pleasure, thank you for your support. With all your experience and qualifications you may be able to teach at a university here or almost anywhere in the world actually. Majority of the job opportunities here would prefer to hire younger staff, but there are plenty of opportunities around the world. I'll be doing some videos about that soon.
@@neverendingtrek please I want you to connect me to schools that needs English, commerce, Economics, computer, civic education and home Economics teachers
Great Video 😅😊
Thanks 😁

I think its the mix between American and South African, most locals that speak English here understand you more when you use an American accent😂

@MatiehoQhelane-pf6ok There is definitely still a chance. However, you may find more difficulties or be offered a lower salary.
@@neverendingtrek thanks for your reply
@MatiehoQhelane-pf6ok no problem, good luck in your search🫡
I want to teach in Laos.
@PhilipUdefuna Laos is a good choice, I've thought about that too. I have never been, but I heard it is very similar to Thailand just less developed.
