- GROUND CONTROL -
is a collaborative audio-visual production by crystal sound project, axel rigaud and petko tanchev.
as in a ground base for space exploration, the performers on stage propose the first steps on the moon as main topic of the sound narrative. the original score for the show features texts and audio excerpts from david bowie's space oddity and lewis carrol's alice through the looking glass to lead the audience into a space trip where reality is confronted to absurdity.

ground control was premiered as part of the night festival in plovdiv, european capital of culture for 2019.
the performance was one of the highlights of the programme and took place in the ancient roman theater in september.
