Hey I am just wondering i followed every step on your video and I put my magneto and flywheel gear back on and just wondering if it’s normal if I have a bit of play just on the gear behind the magneto it’s only back and forth I also torqued it at 47 just seems to be moving back and forth please let me know if this is normal also great help for me so far!
That’s no good! But you should be fine with none matching cases as long as it’s the right case and everything is the same as the broken one. I’ve done it on a buddies yfz450 and seems to be fine
I think you forgot the oil seal on the shifter shaft.

If your talking about 8:04 it’s the actuator rod
