The carrots as a whole were definitately bigger for the nutrabullet, but no idea of actual juice making ratio.

We had a masticating juicer and a Aicook centrifugal juicer like this one th-cam.com/users/postUgkxXHNfxr6U9XrHQpsdjUrKNVP231BfS9q9 Both of them made about the same amount of juice.The Aikcook one died in 3 weeks haha. China brand. LolSo we bought this one since at least we knew the brand name and it was about the same price.Imagine our surprise when we make two 16 oz cups of celery juice and have leftover celery. We juiced it and made almost another cup! Same thing happened with our cucumber juice. So it's about 20 - 30 % more juice than our other two juicers including the masticating cold press one!The motor is so much stronger on this one than the Aikcook. It sucks in the vegetables and spits them out like it's angry.I've only had it a few days so don't know how long it will last but all the plastics and interior is much stronger and better made than the other two we had. If it breaks, I can buy a new one with the savings in vegetable bill. Haha.This literally is going to save me about 60- 80 bucks a month because of the juice output. No one likes to waste food.Update! It broke in 8 days. Motor started freaking out. I'm going to get another of them and try my luck because I really really want this one to be the one.

You don't have the same amount of carrots. Not a good comparison, it should be done by weight
I wonder if it would have made a difference with the smaller one if you'd cut up the carrots into smaller pieces? The instructions suggest to cut things down into 1 inch pieces before putting them in.
@@hollygolightly3907 I'm not ashamed for wanting it to be easy. I'm just communicating the instructions that come with the smaller juicer. I have that juicer and it works much better if you cut the fruit down into small pieces. I only juice for myself so I tend to just use my teeth or tear stuff if I don't feel like getting out a knife and cutting board. And I've been juicing for over 6 months at this point.

Love the nutra bullet the only thing I don’t like is that you need to open and empty several times if you are making two cups of carrot juice. Wish it comes with the outside fruit disposal.
I just got one tonight, wasn't impressed with what little juice I got from the apples, but I noticed she had the cup filling while she made it, is that the correct way to do it? What can I do with my extra apple pulp?

You could put that pulp back through it and get more juice out of it. That’s what I do. Put it in two times

I use it to make my morning breakfast smoothies and also to make carrots cake or muffins.
I think the Nutribullet juicer is a starter juicer for beginners. It's one of those "better than nothing " kind of machines.
After a few weeks of using, I find it does not thoroughly juice, there is leakage underneath. Always look underneath your juicer to make sure you have cleaned your space properly. Always leakage is my experience.
Yes, it is easy to clean, that is true.
I will continue to use until my budget allows me to get the Napa J2 or Kuving juicer.
This is a starter situation aiming for an upgrade.

I always thought slow juicer are not great for carrots
I love the size of the Dash and wish there were better options and that they changed the structure from an upstanding auger to sideways because mine was not juicing without getting constantly stuck and jammed up and I was only using celery, strawberries, watermelon and blueberries. I even tried kale. And it all was jamming up. I have 3 other juicers. The Dash I was hoping it would be my travel juicer. I had to return it.
