Hope the housing market holds up for you, and everybody else. Whenever I see "average " houses in Empire gardens, Brooktrails ,and Lake County up in the high 300,000 I start thinking about a bubble. Like I said, hopefully things work out. Good luck going forward.
Actually, I haven't closed any deals with the growers or marijuana businesses yet. I have educated myself on what they need in case it comes up since I know that is something that people look for in the area. Most of the properties I've sold have been single family residential homes, first time homebuyers and a few lots. :)
@@CheyenneBlue I leased a property from this guy back in 2014 in kelseyville and he had bought up so many properties already it blew my mind. I assume he was not alone. There is alot of people who own huge portfolios of land and homes and buy up every single that that looks good (strictly in lake county) . This is so what’s unique in my opinion.
