what happened to me: -pre-banquet- Anzu dies Hayasaka dies Ranmaru dies Mai dies Alice gets hung Kurumada runs out of power lying on coffin (Bro i accidentally already killed all the dummies except hinako 😭) -banquet- Hinako, thats it. -after-banquet- q taro
This all happened because of Naomichi, we should be grateful he has good taste in music to request this. And for the fact, we were able to save everyone to see this and fulfill the promise for him. This was definitely a blessing and a great way to go out for the dolls.

When I first heard this song and saw everyone just...singing, coming together...I had to sit for 20 minutes listening to this song before the banquet. it was so wholesome🥺💚🤍
This song simultaneously makes you feel that everything will be alright, and everything will turn out okay. But also represents the calm before the storm that is the banquet. Never fails to make me emotional whenever I play the game, the best soundtrack in this game in my opinion based on emotional value alone.

This really is a beautiful way to end the story arc...spoilers in the comment. As another commenter said, this is THE perfect sendoff to the Dummies Arc. This is the last time you will ever get to see most of them! And let me repeat, this is the *last time you'll ever get to see most of them, barring the lucky bastard you happen to keep alive at the end of the main game. It is LUDICROUS* But the fact is, its just...pleasant as hell...and hell is where you're gonna be in a few moments once those doors open. Cherish your time with Reko/Alice and Kanna and the dummies...because you're saying goodbye soon.

Spoiler He does! Ranmaru doesnt turn evil in Kanna route, because Sara shut down the idea of killing the others before it could take root in Ranmaru's mind.
I know that in a sense they were already dead but it pains me that you couldn't save more than one of the dolls. I saved Kurumada because I like his character arc the most but I really wanted Hayasaka and Mai to live too.
I picked Mai on the assumption the survivor might come back in Part 2. I want her to have the chance to atone for killing Q-Taro, even if he made the most of it. Hayasaka I don't trust based on his victim video alone, and Kurumada... has suffered enough.
Maybe spoilers This kills me on the inside. I know I can't save them all, but my heart wants to find a way to do it. I geuss all I got is my imagination to imagine the outcome in which they all survive.
