Vanguard's single-player campaign takes place in 1945 near the end of World War II's European theater, with various flashbacks ranging from 1941 to 1944. The story of Vanguard is told throughout various points in time in a non-chronological order. The flashbacks portray various major battles such as the Battle of Stalingrad and Midway through the eyes of the main protagonists. The game portrays the rise of special forces, with the first tasked to uncover a secret Nazi project and thwart it. The player takes control of various members of Task Force Vanguard, a team formed by the Special Operations Executive to uncover Phoenix, a secret Nazi project. Members include team leader British Army Lieutenant Arthur Kingsley, his right-hand man Richard Webb , Red Army sniper Polina Petrova, U.S. Navy pilot Wade Jackson , Australian Army demolitionist Lucas Riggs , and Milos Novak, a Czechoslovak partisan fighter. Supporting characters appear in flashbacks, including British Army Corporal Thomas Jones , Polina's brother Misha Petrov, Aviation Machinist Mate 3rd Class Mateo Hernandez, Private Desmond "Des" Wilmot , and Robert Jacobs . Opposing Task Force Vanguard is Project Phoenix, a secret Nazi project led by Untersturmführer Hermann Freisinger aiming to take the party underground. Other antagonists include Hauptsturmführer Jannick Richter, the interrogator of Task Force Vanguard while they are captured, SS-Oberst-Gruppenführer Leo Steiner, the commander in charge of invading Stalingrad, and British Army Major Henry Hamms, who frequently antagonizes the Australians in North Africa. "Objective updated: spend time with your family" was a very welcome change of pace. Say what you want about the game; that scene was wholesome and I loved it.
I still continue to play this awesome game both on the PS4 Pro and PS5 this game is just fascinating it’s a 10/10 fo sho and great campaign too. All those cry babies talkin smack on Vanguard need to touch grass. Love your content bro 🫡💯.
Bruh acting like you all that judging others people opinion all though it might be a good game people like different stuff shows allot about your character you think you're always right and the only opinion that matters is yours
@@Axis-allies4728 ohh wow empty words from another butt hurt child that gets butt hurt from the truth yeah don't care talk all the trash you want that's why I am who I am 😂
been watching COD series you've played, you constantly switching guns , using rifle instead of submachine guns, react very slowly. It's not the tactical way of playing, it's clumsy
I don't understand either, it's the first and only Call of Duty I've ever played (besides Warzone) and I like it so far, is it like bad compared to the other ones? Which ones do you think are the best? I just bought it because all of the Call of Duty games are 50% or more off right now and I decided to buy one and Vanguard had the best looking trailer
Overall a great franchise. My favourites are mw2019 and mw2 campaign remastered but most of the cod games are great and have great campaigns (dislike the bo3 campaign tho)

The cam movement is slow because hes playing on a controller
I'm so sorry you had to suffer through this abomination to make this video. It looks good though. Sadly, that's the ONLY thing I'll give it.

@@Deepak-zv5qc It's just terrible in terms of storytelling. Plus glitches aplenty. It's no World at War for sure.
