If I had electronics like that I wouldn't have to watch TH-cam videos

    🤠
i had never fished for crappies in a river before. However, i have fished for crappies in places like lakes, ponds and even in canals but a river. Seems interesting and fun, for sure.

How large do you typically make brush piles you set out?
    Thanks

I remember the old timers catching tons of fish without electronics. What happened?

Well I have to admit that I have bought one of the bigger fish finders, not just for fishing, but to watch out for shallow water that will destroy a lower unit on a outboard motor. I didn't get the livescope unit. I guess when you fish for a living, anything to give the edge to catch the most fish in a short time. I would love to have the livescope unit but for 3 or 4 k I'll stick with the 7 CV . I used the 4 inch Stryker which works great but now it's a small screen compared to the 7 inch. I remember fishing without one and constantly looking for the bottom or just running around. That sucks 😂

When the bow of your boat has a 65” screen transmitting live fishing….yup

Not impressed. Thought you were gonna show something useful. Fishing built brushpiles using livescope is like hunting deer over a corn pile.
