It is 30 degrees in NYC right now and its day time. It is colder at night. I can only go from place to place. I cant spend time outdoors until at least May. Thank you for the warmth and beauty!

that train sound at 23:00 is awful and goes on for so long! it sounds like an emergency tsunami siren. i would hate to pay top dollar for property across the street and have to hear that. the train schedule indicates only four stops per day. but i still wouldn't pay top dollar under those conditions. probably talking a million dollars for a two-bedroom, $11k per year in property taxes, $4k per year insurance. great beach... for a day trip.
