Ok first of all, there is no such thing as too much mashed potatoes. You can always turn leftovers into potato pancakes for the next morning (great with some tzatziki). I was very impressed with Matt emptying dishwasher, making coffee, showering and dressing in 22 minutes! Elliot, I feel your stress for wanting everything perfect before you leave and packing with the toiletries limitations ugh. Hope you both have a fantabulous vacation and we look forward to hearing all about it upon your return!
